I want to stop my subscription to Encante Eye Cream. It is sent to me every 3 months. I do not use it. I am charged on my credit card. How to stop it?
I cannot find an address or phone number to contact Encante. Please advise me how to get in touch with the company
How is it okay to scam people and ruin their credit for no good reason what so ever??. Your bogus ad for a sample amount of 0.5 oz of cream for 5.95 S/H I paid the $5.95 and now 8 months later I get a letter that I am in collections for $188.00. I never received anything else. I called your company and spoke to a VERY DEFENSIVE AND0 RUDE man there who said "It stated on the box I was supposed to call and cancle." I never got anything saying such a thing. The 0.5 oz sample came in an envelope not a box I would appreciate being taken out of collections, or I will handle this through the BBB in San Diego. Reference Number with Collection Pros is 1058627 And BTW Collection Pros do not have a Phone number that a human being answers, so it is impossible to deal with them. Robin Clarke
I got a collection notice on your eye cream. I have already settled the debt with your face cream company. I haven't used any of this and I will send it back to you. I have tried to reach the collection agency to dispute the past due notice and none of their phone # or their web links work. All they want is for you to send them money, which is not happening. How can I contact them to return the product that I did not order?
I need the a dress to return the serum and eye cream products.
I mistakenly ordered the free trials of the eye cream and the face serum. When I called to cancel, the face serum reluctantly returned 35% of my payment. The eye cream did nothing. Spoke with two men Chris and Roy who were both condescending, rude and tried to make me feel stupid. I am only asking for the 35% back from the eye cream also. I am on a limited income and cannot afford this at. I should have known. Please take to your board and see if some of funds can be returned. I would deeply appreciate it. I wouldnt even bother calling them. They are rude and not worth the energy cause all they say is that they cant help you but I would cancel the credit card that they charge. The collection agency that they use is fake and when l looked them up on better business bureau, the government has filed a flag on them stating for the company to cease all business for not having a license.
