Please help! I ordered the free trial and didn't read the entire thing or see wherr it said I would be charged. I would like to cancel I just did and want to cancel right away and tried to call and no answer and I cannot get onto your website or see any information about my order or payment. I tried and tried to sign up for the free trial packages. After I would enter my card information, it would say "reviewing your order" or whatever it is with the loading heart thing. And thing it would bump be back to the starting page where you enter your email and password. Is this something I should be concerned about? I haven't received a confirmation email saying it went through or any email saying it didn't or notice for anything at all! I have no clue what's going on. Or if I should try it again? Or if my card is being charged every time I try to do it? Someone please help, I'm not sure what to do. Has anyone else had a problem like this?
What does the free trial of diapers consist of?
I have tried calling customer service for EverydayHappy many times and get a fast busy signal. I have sent an email which tells me to calm same number. 8448050626. I want to cancel. I just ordered free trial last night and didn't read everything clearly... read again this morning... I cannot afford a membership, so wanted to end now. What can I do?

Hey Kristin, unfortunately Everyday Happy is closing at this time, the email you received is an automatic email that is sent during the process after sign up. However we will be happy to cancel your account. Please respond to this message with your member ID so we can locate your account and cancel it for you. If you are unable to do that, please be assured all existing accounts will be cancelled with us.
