Very difficult. They take 3 days to answer an email. When you respond they take another 3 days to respond. I tried for weeks to get my issue resolved but they never fixed it and never gave a refund.
NO, unless you count 2 of 3 movies rented that we were able to watch, not in 4k but 1080 :( The 3rd movie we purchased was not playable, Fandango Now told my wife and me, and the room full of people to contact the STUDIO. They renegg'ed on their deal. In my humble opinion the are flat out CROOKS, multiple tiers of chat support, NOTHING via TELEPHONE.
