I want to order online from fragrancex website for the first time and from middle east. reading reviews scares me as i am in middle east and don't know if their shipment is as they say on the website. should i order or stay away?

Answer:

Scums, don't order, I paid almost 400$, got nothing. Very upset

I have just started ordering from fragrancex, and i can say i am a little nervous after looking at all the negative comments. when you see 75% 1 star ratings, it does give a person reason for concern. i would really like to be a customer that could give you a 4 or 5 star rating. what are you doing if anything to improve your company's image with your customers?

Answer:

Scums, I ordered perfume, paid almost 400$, never received my order. On my phone calls, answer was in rude tone that they don't guarantee shipping.

Hello um are u guys serious that they don't give ur orders cause i just placed one on monday and if i don't get it i will go crazy caus the. i wasted $150 from my birthday money bye i order 6 perfumes and i'm from austrlia so does anyone know how long would it take for it to arrive.

You might get it never. I ordered and paid almost 400$. Got nothing. On my phone calls was rude answer that they don't guarantee shipping. Looks like scum for me.

Fragrancex seems like a very poorly managed company selling very suspect/fake products which is illegal... can the company please contact me immediately for the article i am writing for my school newspaper?

The perfumes in have orderd always seem very genuine I've never felt I bought a fake and the service as always been very good. I buy expensive products from the high street and I can say there is no difference in what I purchased from fragranceX.

My order is taking too long to arrive. tracking said it is already in the philippines and has cleared customs but now it shows it is in singapore.
