Order #610621 placed on 12/08/2018 and to date no product has been received and no one has responded to my e-mail enquiries. Please advise asap!

GranOptic! They are criminals, scammers! And it all happens in Europe! Disgrace! I propose to file a collective complaint with the police in Madrid!
I place the order 591404 on the 11 of may, still no sunglasses and no answer to my several emails. Still "no processo - manufactur" want a fast reply.
I order on 26 Nov 2017, only email confirming the order, nothing else, tried many emails, no reply..... Dont know what to do now ........
