What made you choose harry & david over similar businesses? What made you choose harry & david over similar businesses?

Answer:

In the past this company offered excellent quality products--albeit a bit overpriced. Now the price is the same (or higher) but the quality has definitely gone downhill. Not sure if the company was bought out or what, but... I will never order from them again. They have done permanent damage to their reputation and their customer base is eroding quickly.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at harry & david? How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at harry & david?

Answer:

It isn't difficult to reach them via phone, just be prepared for hold times. I would definitely recommend calling them rather than email, the email correspondence I had with them was hopeless.

Answer:

Why do you think any of these reviews have anything to do with Politics? That's pretty crazy assumption. My basket was 2 weeks late and that is not Political. It's facts.

I wasn't able to order products because of the quality of their customer service representatives.

Received a holiday gift box from a friend. pears were hardly eatable and didn't go any further. as a gift this was an embarrassment...fyi only...
