How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at ibuypower? How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at ibuypower?

Answer:

Impossible. I ordered a unit and was never answered by email with any questions and the phone was busy at all times. In 2020 I dont remember the last time I called a company (especially a tech company) and didn't at least get put in a que on the phone.

Answer:

They do not honor anything in my experience. You pay to buy it, you pay to ship it back, you pay for parts to fix it, they don't refund your money. Buyer beware.

What i really want to know is how good is their support after the sale. for example, right now i can only afford a single nvidia 9800 card but want to install sli later on. can i call them and have them walk me through the second install. or do they just forget about you after the sale? Answer:

As soon as they have your money you are nothing until you give them more! Go somewhere else. Alienware and Falcon NW.
