How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at liquid web? How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at liquid web?

Answer:

It's easy- they are available 24/7 however after 4pm EST- the agents have very little technical knowledge so wont be able to help much. They will basically open a ticket and escalate until the experienced guys show up the next day.
