Hi, hello, just a quick question! Is the fur you use for the tails and such from a non-cruelty farm?

Too bad this "customer" didn't tell the whole story. From an Employee with inside information Buyer "claims" an item was missing from package. According to Endicia Postage Service, the weight of the package to the exact ounce proves order was shipped complete. Then buyer claims an item arrived broken-when asked to please provide a picture for insurance purposes (standard procedure that our insurer requires), this buyer was "offended" and that claims their "integrity was challenged". Buyer was offered a solution of two free chairs and also a refund-both of which were met with more threats to us as a business. Thank goodness both sides can be heard.
