I have a replacement because my second purchase unit did not give out steam. The first one is broken, second one replaced third one no steam.

Should I empty the water out each time I use it?
I purchased the mypurmist 2, I've used it 4 times and my throat is scratchy and sore now. Is this mist causing this?
