Should I empty the water out each time I use it?
I purchased the mypurmist 2, I've used it 4 times and my throat is scratchy and sore now. Is this mist causing this?

Always some water left inside no matter how many times I run cleaning cycle. How can I get ALL water out? Cannot be germ and mildew free.
