I have contacted ngp 3 times since i got an order of 7 plants, all but 3 were 1/2 dead when i got them. no response.what about the guarantee?

Answer:

I ordered 3 plants, one completely dead upon arrival. No response as well. I guess their "Guarantee" is false advertisement.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at new garden plants?

The first time for ordering and problems were very responsive. Following up with order issues... they just ignore you.

In my experience, I have found the plants to be as good, if not better than other nurseries I have ordered from. The pricing was better too. I would look no farther than New Garden Plants.
