on 12/27/17Hi and for all customer having the same question. I am one of the subscribers like you and am having the same situation. I have contacted them via email, which is the only way, and have got zero response. I filed a disputes to the membership charge with my credit card company. Then I filed an official complain at BBB. BBB is undergoing a formal investigation on them. I hope hat there will be some constructive results.
