on 7/2/16Hi and for all customer having the same question. I am one of the subscribers like you and am having the same situation. I have contacted them via email, which is the only way, and have got zero response. I filed a disputes to the membership charge with my credit card company. Then I filed an official complain at BBB. BBB is undergoing a formal investigation on them. I hope hat there will be some constructive results.
Sounds like Bernie works for Pley! Looks like an odd influx of positive reviews came in recently too. They likely all work for Pley.
Pley most likely has ten of thousands of subscribers. Most people on here most likely tried to steal a toy or nothing is ever good enough. This page is full of a bunch of cry babies.
