I need a refund immediately. i am on hold for the 3rd time today on the phone, have already been transferred and disconnected several times.

Answer:

CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.

Will i have to call the recipient and ask her to take a photo of the flowers?? the reviews are so bad...didn't read them before! if they are not as good as this high priced gift should be you will hear from me again. what can i expect...so embarassing. please reassure me.

Answer:

You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.

I paid 59 bucks for 12 roses. half were ok the other half the stems were broke below the flowers. is this something pro flowers would go good for? paul blanchette 2073481074

Answer:

I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
