DOES ANYONE EVER RECEIVE A REFUND?? I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR WEEKS AND YET CUSTOMER SERVICE KEEPS EMAILING ME STATING IT HAS BEEN POSTED BUT IT HASN'T

I need a refund immediately. I am on hold for the 3rd time today on the phone, have already been transferred and disconnected several times.
I received a plant as a Christmas gift. It arrived damaged and nearly dead. I would like it if Customer Service would send a replacement for it.
Will I have to call the recipient and ask her to take a photo of the flowers?? The reviews are so bad...didn't read them before! If they are not as good as this high priced gift should be you will hear from me again. What can I expect...so embarassing. Please reassure me.
how much is shipping and handling for zip 34446
