Will I have to call the recipient and ask her to take a photo of the flowers?? The reviews are so bad...didn't read them before! If they are not as good as this high priced gift should be you will hear from me again. What can I expect...so embarassing.

Please reassure me.

You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.

STAY AWAY! These guys contract w/ local florists near the delivery destination. Big problem is they don't even verify or know if there IS a local florist. Idiots.
Look at Yelp or any other similar site for a florist in the area where you want your gift delivered-- you'll save a lot of fees & get beautiful flowers/plants too! The local businesses have too much at risk to screw up!
