How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at qualtry?

Answer:

It's absolutely impossible! Stay away from this company. They have no live people to answer calls and do not respond to emails. I sent four regarding my order and they can send me advertisements all day long, but never responded to my emails about the order I placed.

Because this company is unethical and guilty of consumer fraud.

How is the best way to contact this company? everything i try ends up at a brick wall. my order is a month old and haven't received anything.

Answer:

I would try and email them. That is the only way I was finally able to get with someone. Even that took awhile, finally had to get nasty

Yes with no Luck at all. I have e mailed them, and get an automated response

Answer:

I'm sure you will, but it took me almost 3 months to get mine, then had to send it back, because it was wrong, and they only credited my account $4.99 instead of the $14.99 I originally paid.
