I completed a purchase order for office 2016 on June 8 Order no 100007559. Visa card debited June 10.
No product code and instructions by email to June 14. Please advise when it will be received. Thank you. John baker

I tried to call you about my registration and no one answered. I left message and no called back. I emailed you and no one replied. I purchased Office 2016 which I need right away. How do we communicate?
I am waiting for delivery of product key - still hasn't been 24 hours, but why do they even need that long? Also, with all the allegations of invalid product keys being made on this site, rather than asking for everyone's order number, I would think an explanation would be warranted to cover the plethora of allegations period.
