I just purchased microsoft office and the product key states too many activations and will not activate on my computer.

Answer:

I got the same lame answer when I had to return a defective computer and tried to install my software on a different one. NEVER purchase software from this company again.

I am waiting for delivery of product key - still hasn't been 24 hours, but why do they even need that long? also, with all the allegations of invalid product keys being made on this site, rather than asking for everyone's order number, i would think an explanation would be warranted to cover the plethora of allegations period.

Answer:

The answer is simple. You didn't read the reviews prior to purchasing. This site is a total scam. They string you along until your 30 days is up on your invalid software. I suggest you write it off and report them to the better business bureau and the Attorney General. Maybe enough complaints will prompt someone to shut them down or even try to prosecute them.
