Why my account pending gone through long time on SafeLink wireless?

Honestly? Because they don't know what they are doing. I've been on the phone with them for 22 1/2 hrs and I have to call back tomorrow and try again because it's late and I tired. And I spoke to supervisors. Pathetic.
