How long does it take to get refund?

Answer:

File a claim with your credit card company. Use photos and supply them with your emails. I filed through PayPal and received a partial refund (and by partial I mean I told them I'd accept a few bucks off the refund price so I wouldn't have to ship the items back to China, so I did get most of my money back).

The return policy states that you can return an item for any reason. i ordered cloths from them and the sizes were way off. i sent them a message and a message to their return policy people, and i was told i should have done the measurements. i have been a repeat customer for their watches, and love them. so i thought maybe they would be willing to work with me on the cloths, even saying that i would take a credit because i am sure i will be buying the watches again, and i would like to reorder the cloths in a bigger size. but even though they said i could return them, now they are saying i can't. so to the snapmade people, what can i do to get a return or credit for my order? if i continue to be told "no." i guess i can do negative reviews, but i don't want to have to do that because i love the watches.
