The return policy states that you can return an item for any reason. I ordered cloths from them and the sizes were way off. I sent them a message and a message to their return policy people, and I was told I should have done the measurements. I have been a repeat customer for their watches, and love them. So I thought maybe they would be willing to work with me on the cloths, even saying that I would take a credit because I am sure I will be buying the watches again, and I would like to reorder the cloths in a bigger size. But even though they said I could return them, now they are saying I can't. So to the snapmade people, what can I do to get a return or credit for my order? If I continue to be told "no." I guess I can do negative reviews, but I don't want to have to do that because I love the watches.
