I ordered 2 masks a month and 2 weeks ago and haven't heard nothing

I ordered on 4/23 they process order ASAP and they gave me a shipping number but I have not heard back.

Order #6447 placed april 3, 2020. credit card was hit april 10 for $48.44a response to my many e mails would be nice. will i be getting my masks etc

Never receive masks ordered #4553

Answer:

I placed an order 1st of March received confirmation 20th of March was told they were being shipped March 23rd this now getting ready to go into the second week of May no communication reached out to them a few times using the email no responses somebody named Jan set me one said use your tracking number the tracking number doesn't work and I still don't have any masks or communication this has given me great pause I will never order from any company outside of the United States especially China ever again

I ordered on march 22 and my credit card shows that payment was made. today is april 23 and we still do not have the 2 pebble jar masks!!!

Same happen to me. Order 3/30/20, now 5/15/20 no mask. So done!
