Dear sir I ordered a mask on April 27th and did not receive it my name is Peggy Lewis address is 4 Willow Creek drive, Springfield, Illinois 62707 US
I ordered 4 masks & only received 1. Company does not reply to emails. Will file complaint with credit card co. Orders come from China! Rip off!!!!
I ordered 2 masks a month and 2 weeks ago and haven't heard nothing
I placed 2 separate orders for face mask with The Pebble Jar April 21, 2020. Does anyone know when or if we will get them ever?
Ordered masks in march will try and get a hold of attorney general in Ontario.
Order #6447 placed April 3, 2020. Credit card was hit April 10 for $48.44A response to my many e mails would be nice. Will I be getting my masks etc

I ordered 2 masks on 3/20/20 so were are they. I paid you $39. I want the masks or my money back.
I ordered on March 22 and my credit card shows that payment was made. Today is April 23 and we still do not have the 2 pebble jar masks!!!

I can not get ahold of customer service. I have emailed them twice. They also have an email that answered me when I first purchased: amar@epacificmall.com and the one on their website: info@thepebblejar.com
I have tried bth emails.
