Horrible and most likely this store doesn't exist. They'll take your money but no product. These people are running an illegal business that's in Beijing, not the USA as advertised. I will need to contact my lawyer. I only gave it one star because you can't move on. They should receive -10, that is NEGATIVE 10. No phone Lied about location, too our money so I need to contact the bank. They want a photograph of goods I NEVER received!
I ordered 2 masks early one morning after my shift in our hospitals COVID tent. When they hadn't arrived in a timely manner about 2 1/2 weeks I attempted to contact them, I finally got a message that due to COVID ups, USPS were delayed, lies! I asked for refund but no response, I contact PayPal, they got a response and I finally received a piece of junk flimsy masks worth maybe $5, that came on a slow boat from China! Dishonest company with cheap dollar store junk!

I ordered 2 masks April 17 and today, 6 weeks later, no masks and no refund. I have sent many emails at first asking about my masks then asking for a refund. Nothing! I got a blanket email saying they will get back to me in 2-4 days. Again... nothing. I'm out $40. RUN! DO NOT order from this company. You are throwing your money away. You will get no product and no refund.

Money taken out of my account on April 15th. Here it is April 29th, not a mention of items even being ready to be shipped. Understandable deliveries are taking longer than usual, but face masks, gloves and hand sanitizer I ordered on line at the same time I ordered from Pebble Jar I've already received. If they can't handle the orders, stop taking peoples money. Frustrating.
I ordered two n95 masks in March 2020 from their website. My payment was processed immediately and merchandise was never received. They notified me that items had been shipped and even furnished a tracking no showing shipment from Hong Kong.
I sent two emails and received no reply and no merchandise. They advertise online daily. Do not place orders to this company as they are scammers
It has now been 4 weeks since I ordered 5 face masks for my family. I received email order was received then I received email that due to high demand the order shipping has been delayed. There is no phone number to speak to someone. There is an email address which I have now sent 2 emails asking for an update and the final email I sent was advising that I wanted to cancel the order. There has not been any responses as of yet. So after reading the other reviews that all have the issue as I do, I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.
Sent email 4/10,4/11,4/15 wheres shipment or refund. Email on 4/16-its on the way, recvd2 separate chain emails same b. S. verbage from 2 diff ppl; to plz be patient/ no refunds yet as of today, I have no merchandise but I l do have their FB page to post complaints where all can see and not order from them. Hopefully others will follow suit with same issue so they get no business. Further researching of the same company or individual, look at pics and read what Ive found out online under the Uk gov. I believe the company is bogus and the person is a scam to make money. Im gonna try to contact BBB and FTC to file complaints. BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered some masks back in February received a notification they received my order and that it was being processed to receive notification the second week of March that it was being shipped and this is now may going into the second week of May and every time I communicate with them I have to wait almost a week maybe more they've only answered me two times and from some Jan Jan who just tells me your order is on its way and that's it and I am still waiting for the mask never received no way to contact
Never received my order. Fighting for refund. 'Red tape' from Pebble Jar. When I wrote them asking for a shipping date (sorry, all shippers are busy) then a cancel order (sorry can't cancel at this time). If it was possible to rate less than 1 star I would.

I ordered my mask on March 18 and received it on May 15th. I thought it was a scam too until I finally received my mask! It is a very nice quality mask, breathable and the straps adjust around the ears and is very comfortable. I just ordered another one. If you can wait awhile for this mask it is worth it!
I ordered a mask from this company on March 20 and have not received it. I have also sent several emails inquiring about my order which have gone unanswered! This is no way to run a business! Beware of this company! They took the money out of my account the first day but haven't bothered to answer my emails to find out where my mask is! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered 2 face masks on April 5th 2020; over one month later and never received the masks. My account has been charged for them. After reading other reviews of similar experiences I realize I just got scammed! Wouldn't order another thing from this company.
I ordered mask March 30, and it is now May 09,2020 and I have yet to receive the masks I ordered. I referred other family and friends and the same has happen to them.
