Each time i am continuing through the survey it loses it's connection. i check my end and everything is connected and ok? why does this happen?

A major factor in technical issues is that survey respondents are using a wide variety of operating systems, browsers, internet connections, etc., and not all of these are necessarily compatible with the technology of a particular survey. If you encounter a technical problem with a survey that's not fixed by refreshing the page & trying again, please report it to us via https://toluna.com/contactus and we will do our best to resolve it!

Can you please advise what is happening with toluna, not receiving any surveys and not able to make contact with them

Hi Ian! General errors may happen from time to time on any digital platform, but clearing cookies and cache can sometimes resolve the issue. As an alternative, you can try accessing your account from another browser: for best results try the latest versions of either Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
