Each time I am continuing through the survey it loses it's connection. I check my end and everything is connected and Ok? Why does this happen?

Hi Debbie! A major factor in technical issues is that survey respondents are using a wide variety of operating systems, browsers, internet connections, etc., and not all of these are necessarily compatible with the technology of a particular survey. If you encounter a technical problem with a survey that's not fixed by refreshing the page & trying again, please report it to us via https://toluna.com/contactus and we will do our best to resolve it!
