How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at U-Haul?

I did a complaint online and then called but with the same result, they couldn't find me in their system. I need to wait 24 to 72 hours for the manager to investigate.

Impossible. They dont return calls and could care less about you. Horrible company

It's not easy I rented almost 2years and each time, Hold Time was 30-45 mins and if you catch them in a lie, they see your number and have you on hold as stated above all truth I will never trust them with my things again! "Do not use" their service.
