What is your return policy

Hi Hilda, Our return policy is as follows: 1. Before shipment, we will send you final dress pictures for you to check the final design. Any reasonable alterations are welcome before shipment. 2. When you receive your dress(es), please try them on and check the sizes. If there is any fit problem due to our mistake, you can require a full return. Yes i have been trying to return a dress and get a refund but no help for this company very poor business i will never buy again i keep getting a go around about my dress the dress is way too big and color is way off. i just want a refund that's all i ask what do i need to do about this

Answer:

Received a defective product, custom measuring is a joke, customer service is the worse I have even encountered. If you ask me the dress is unwearable as is and it should go in the garbage, thankfully we had VIsa and now in dispute.

Recently i ordered a dress through your company and the dress that i received 3 weeks later is not the dress i ordered. i expect to get a my money back and a way to return the dress.

Answer:

Don't waste your time. They will have ten different people talk to you and say stupid stuff like the dress you ordered is the right size, etc avoiding all quality issues then offer you a 6 percent discount. Total scam

I am nervous about an order i just placed because of the lack of contact information and the fact that my credit card company has indicated suspected fraud on my account immediately following seem to support my fears. how can i verify that your company actually exists and will send my dresses within the time frame indicated?

No, the reviews aren't fake. Sounds like you just didn't get what you wanted. It's too bad that the company won't work with you to resolve it, but if you have a complaint, you can always contact your credit card and refuse to pay. Your credit card should protect you. Since the websites don't take cash, you are always protected by the credit card you used. Just so you know - my dress was perfect! I guess I got lucky...

Mr alan yang, i ordered a dress from your company and received a dress that was not like the picture. i have been online with a number of customer service people and cannot get any cooperation in returning this dress. needless to say i have had to purchase a different dress for his upcoming wedding due to e disappointment of the dress i received from wishbrides.

Answer:

I called my credit card company and they are temporarily deleting the cost of my dress from my bill while they investigate Wishbrides. I suggest more of you who had bad experiences do this!
