I wrote two months ago that my credit card company agreed to suspend the amount I paid for my dress while they investigated Wish Brides. Unfortunately, I received word from them 2 weeks ago that they decided to side with that company and I would have to pay the amount they requested. Wish Brides made a false statement to them saying they had not received any complaints to them until I finally said the dress was not well made. I refuted that, explaining I complained in 12 email messages over 8 days, as soon as I tried on the dress the day I received it. I do not expect the credit card to change their decision but I had to try! So frustrating!
