I ordered on October 2 ( see my review under L. A.) and they refused to help. I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it.

It takes months to receive an order... and when you get it... the sizes are usually wrong. They do not state on their website that all returns have to be made to China. It is not the easy returns they fraudulently state. When you get your order... if you ever do... and it is wrong... please file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission... this website needs to be shut down for fraud.
