I ordered 2 handbags, $120+ with free shipping. Got email the item is not available and to pick different items from 4 selections that indicated in the email. All were not satisfactory alternatives, so I told them to cancel my order. Few days later, got this email...

First, no 'Sale Policy' posted, 2nd, charge should never have been made since items never shipped. The saga continues... waiting for their response.

I ordered a coach purse that came with sunglasses like 2 weeks ago and haven't received it yet. I couldn't find out any information, how to contact the company or anything. I got on my laptop and looked for the website and it said it was shut down because they were selling counterfeit merchandise. Now I don't know what to do!

ORDERED CHRISTMAS AND PERSONAL PURSES AND SETS... LARGE ORDER SORRY TO SAY. WAS SUPPOSE TO BE HERE IN 8-12 DAYS AND FINALLY ARRIVED 3 1/2 MONTHS LATER... BEFORE THIS THEY TOLD ME A FEW OF MY ITEMS WERE NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND TO CHOOSE FROM A SELECTION THEY SENT ME. I FINALLY CHOSE THE FEW THAT WERE MEDIOKER AND WAITED...
THEY ARRIVE THAT LATE AND TO MY SURPRISE EVERY SINGLE ITEM WAS FAKE... 6 PURSES, 2 WALLETS, AND A BRACELET. HELL THEY DIDN'T EVEN SEND ME ALL OF MY ORDER...
THE PATCH WITH THE CREED WAS ALL MISSPELLED, NO SERIAL NUMBERS, THIN NASTY DUSTER BAGS THAT DIDN'T CLOSE, BAD STITCHING AND FAKE CHEAP METAL TOO BIG FOR THE PURSES, NASTY NASTY FABRIC, ECT.
I CRIED FOR DAYS IF MY HUSBAND FOUND OUT HOW MUCH I SPENT ON FAKE NASTY CRAP HE WOULD HAVE DIVORCED ME IN 2 SECONDS.
I EMAILED THEM STATING AND SHOWING IN PHOTOS 10 KEY FACTORS THAT THEY ARE SELLING NASTY CHEAP KNOCKOFFS AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IN WAS LYING AND MISTAKEN THAT THEY ARE REAL AND THAT I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT... THEY TOLD ME THAT I COULD SEND THEM BACK AND GET A REFUND BUT I WOULD BE OUT EVEN MORE MONEY BECAUSE OF THE COSTS TO SHIP IT AND WHAT THEY WOULD CHARGE ME... I TOLD THEM THAT I WASN'T RETURNING BECAUSE I CHANGED MY MIND. I WAS RETURNING BECAUSE THEY SENT ME BAD PRODUCT AND THEY SAID IT DIDN'T MATTER AND OFFERED ME A 10% REFUND AND THAT IS ALL THEY WOULD OFFER. WELL, THEY NEVER GAVE IT TO ME AND DELETED MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM SO I COULDN'T GET ANY OTHER INFORMATION...

THEY ARE NOT A REAL COACH DISTRIBUTER STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
YOU WOULDN'T EVEN USE THEM FOR A CHILDS GIFT... MAN I WAS BURNED ON THIS EXPENSIVE ESCAPADE...

I just called my credit card company to dispute this charge. These crooks will not get away with bilking us. No response from them by email and Coach says they are not affiliated with them.
