“Crappy Customer Service”

The styles and materials are passable. But the customer service is crappy. Took over 5 phone calls over a week to get them to accept the fact that one of their garments had a bad size label on it...mainly because it was 38 days after the order.

I just called my credit card company to dispute this charge. These crooks will not get away with bilking us. No response from them by email and Coach says they are not affiliated with them.

I would never order from Boston Proper ever again! My husband ordered several items for me this...
