I still have my working Coleman lantern from over 30 years ago that still works to this day. Their coolers are well made and durable. Lastly, we own a Coleman 18' x 48" pool that is very durable and has lasted for many years without a single tear or rip. Good Job!
I purchased a camping stove from the coleman website directly and I found a better price the next morning (sale popped up for early memorial day). Coleman won't let you cancel because they say their shipping goes out so fast but it's been over a day and still hasn't shipped. They also don't price match so I'm stuck losing out because they make you pay return shipping. Do yourself a favor and if you want their products buy from someone like REI with better customer service. If someone from coleman sees this all I ask is for a price match on the discount for your $230 camping stove i purchased.
I have 2 Coleman 500's and 1 400 and 2 of them are broken
They are buying 1 back because they can't get parts
1 is 6 months out of warranty and they will not do anything
The 3rd is ok so far but my expectations are 0 at this point
Customer service has been terrible, they will contact you if they want something, but several emails have not been answered

These people do not listen and have every intention of getting your money for nothing. Communication is non existent. Texting is not a means to communicate service procedures. Extended warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Do your research before you spend money at Coleman.

They can't cancel after 30/60 minutes. Ordering on the weekend, you're stuck. You will get whatever you order with no ability to get customer support. Might be good products, but horrible place to order from.
Had the chair for 6 months and used it twice, and then the plastic foot bracket broke.
Phoned Coleman's office and spoke to Susan.
Was bluntly told, "We don't carry spare parts."
Then told to take the chair back to the place of purchase and tell them what happened to the chair,
How do I prove it was a manufacturing fault that a piece of PLASTIC BROKE?.

I started this go kart maybe 5 times within a couple months of being purchased. Pull string snapped and coleman does not warranty anything. Over $40 for a new part for a newly purchased go kart. What a shame. No warranty on high proce ticketed item. Do not recommend at all. Buyer beware

Absolutely horrible construction, had less than a month and it was splitting at every seam. I called and emailed Coleman repeatedly for months for assistance and was given the manufacturers information, the manufacturer never once answered either emails or messages left. I called Coleman back multliple times and every call I was told they would escalate the situation? To what, I was never called back or situation resolved. I have chiweenies and pugs, these should have lasted years.

I contacted Coleman about an issue involving a screened room and received the best customer service I have ever encountered. The representative could not have been m ore helpful, and the resolution was unexpectedly generous, beyond anything I expected or that the company was obligated to do.

This started back in May 2020. I received a lantern DIRECT from The Coleman Co. A Model 639C Upon opening the box there was NO Bail Handle included. I contacted the Coleman Co. Direct. It took ONE MONTH for a reply! They asked for photos. I immediately sent photos along with a copy of my invoice as requested. NO RESPONSE! Another month goes by. I get a response from JACOB O. Who advised that I never sent the photos. WOW! To this date 07/July/2020. STILL NO RESOLVE! This isn't the same Coleman CO. I grew up with! NOT ACCEPTABLE! I still have a lantern with no Bail handle (Carry Handle) Get it together Coleman Co! A rating of 1 is even too good! We need a NEGATIVE numbers scale! Thanks for NOTHING Coleman Co. Mr. Coleman is rolling in his grave! This review is 100% Honest! I have supporting documentation!
Remarkably terrible customer service. Have no idea if their products work, since what was shipped to us wasn't a tent at all. It's been a month dealing with trying to get this done. Told several times the tent is on the way, then told they can't, then told it's on the way. OK. Lemme know if you all want to get this figured out. Leaving negative reviews everywhere I can find until this gets sorted.
Oh, and your chat support is absolute garbage. The people working that are gaming your system and not helping people.
Chat support agents Myrryll Joy, Ryan Jay and Deniece Anne are some of your employees who are gaming this system. Sat waiting for a response from Deniece Anne for 30 minutes, then she disconnected, then Myrryll joined and disconnected after 3 minutes. Got Myrryl again on my 4th draw. She just disconnected me. Cool.
This was supposed to be a wedding gift, so my family, and her family and the people who gave the gift will all be weighing in on this. What the heck Coleman, get it together...

Update: Myrryl is the rudest customer service rep I've ever dealt with. She purposely tried to make me feel stupid, used all caps when she was frustrated, and just needs better training. Please look through our logs. She's arguing with me about a situation that is already resolved. You all should be embarrassed having someone like that represent you.

I have had 3 cancelled orders. When I call I get same response that merchandise is in stock, but keep canceling order. If I could a score of zero, I would. I get same answer that they will send to warehouse to see why orders were canceled. Do not buy from this company.
I purchased a tent online from Coleman.com in March of '17. Shame on me for thinking any respectable American company would honor some semblance of customer satisfaction with their products. The tent arrived and I set it up only to find it has little to no ventilation, and the vestibule entrance is much lower to the ground than it appears in the very limited online photos. I called customer service and was basically told that ALL SALES ARE FINAL - unless there is a manufacturing defect, in which case they said they would replace the item. No wonder there is no mention of a return policy on the website.
If you find a Coleman item you are interested online, go find a retailer who carries that item, and buy it from them. Maybe then you'll a chance of returning it if it doesn't meet your expectations.

Absolutely no way to return an item. I received 2 tents as Christmas gifts. No way to process a return online, so I called customer service. The rep was nice enough, but stated they will not take returns, so I won't buy from them and hopefully don't get anymore gifts bought from them either.
When I first made the complaint about the issue for the camping cot I felt as you all answer in a timely manner and that's all you'll have done was responded to acknowledge that I did send an email and concern of you all's product. Then the next email was just to have a survey done. It has nothing to do with trying to solve the issue of the defect camping cot that I purchased that I cannot return back to Amazon and I have a manufactory warranty through you all and having no one even said anything about that just wanting me to do a survey which is very disappointing to me
So my issue is I have this cot that I haven't had no longer now than 3 months. The warranty from you all's company says 2 years. The cot ripped at it seem where it begins to stitch. The weight that you all state that it could carry is up to 300 lb. It's ripping on both sides where you stitch is combine to the fabric so what can you all do about that other than just wanting a survey done?
