I was able to direct them to this site in which they found not only the flower girl's dress but also their daughter's. This site makes finding what you need for everyone easy!

They call "special order" everything that is not in their rack. Because you don't know what's in their stock your screwed
I ordered from their size chart according to my measurements and put me in a way bigger size. Of course it was too big and now they want a 25% restocking fee to return. They're making a lot of money charging everyone a fee. My opinion, I don't recommend unless you've tried the dress a t a shop and are sure about the size

I wasn't sure which colors would go well with our wedding. This site had an easy to use swatch option that allowed me to see which colors would look best together in person. I was able to chose the colors perfectly and the wedding looked great!

I needed to pick out some last minute things for the wedding, but was on a budget in order to afford everything else. This site had a great section for a variety of things. I was not only able to find a few last minuet things, but also at a great price!

I ordered a bridesmaid dress with no special sizing or instructions plenty of time before the wedding. It fit perfectly, but the style did not suit my body and I was told I looked "frumpy." So, I went online to return it and select a different Dessy dress. Dessy said my dress was a special order and could not be returned/refunded. I then looked at the bridesmaid dresses in my showroom, and all of them say "special order" in small print underneath! I feel scammed and am disappointed in their business ethics. I asked to return it anyway and received no reply. Avoid this place, they do not deserve your business.

My friend wanted a certain color for the bridesmaids but each of us wanted a different styled neckline. We were able to find one type of dress that allowed us to change the neck line. This made it easier for everyone, and we all matched!

Poor quality, sizing, color, and customer service. I am in the process of returning two bridesmaid dresses from this company. They vet their reviews, so you'll never see anything but good reviews on their website.

My bridesmaids and I were very unsatisfied with the purchase. Aside from the fact the sizing is completely off and runs wayyy too big (even with the sizing tool), the quality and overall appearance of the dress is completely different from what was advertised. The color and styles were not what we expected when the dresses were purchased. We ordered two different styles (same designer) in the color latte, however when we received the dresses, the color is more of a reddish brown and not a deep brown like one advertised. One bridesmaid described the dress as looking like a "cheap 80's prom dress", I feel that was too much of a complement.

Customer service was not very accommodating either, initially when asked to exchange the dresses for smaller sizes I was told that I would have to pay several fees that they were unwilling to wave and wait another 7 weeks to receive the replacement. I'd rather have a refund and find a better dress elsewhere, I am not that desperate.

Save your time and money folks and don't buy from this company.
