Poor quality, sizing, color, and customer service. I am in the process of returning two bridesmaid dresses from this company. They vet their reviews, so you'll never see anything but good reviews on their website.

My bridesmaids and I were very unsatisfied with the purchase. Aside from the fact the sizing is completely off and runs wayyy too big (even with the sizing tool), the quality and overall appearance of the dress is completely different from what was advertised. The color and styles were not what we expected when the dresses were purchased. We ordered two different styles (same designer) in the color latte, however when we received the dresses, the color is more of a reddish brown and not a deep brown like one advertised. One bridesmaid described the dress as looking like a "cheap 80's prom dress", I feel that was too much of a complement.

Customer service was not very accommodating either, initially when asked to exchange the dresses for smaller sizes I was told that I would have to pay several fees that they were unwilling to wave and wait another 7 weeks to receive the replacement. I'd rather have a refund and find a better dress elsewhere, I am not that desperate.

Save your time and money folks and don't buy from this company.

I ordered a swim suit from Rosegal and paid for expidited shipping. I checked my tracking information yesterday because I ordered earlier in the week so it should've came, and my tracking number said that it was shipped and signed for! I never recived the package or signed for it. I couldn't be any more upset. On top of the fact I can't contact anyone about it for four days considering it is the weekend and Monday is a holiday. Extremely pissed. Next time I will read the reviews first.
