Worst experience I ever had told $395 then surprise they doubled the price because they don't fix anything they clean up old computers and send them back out the door if a place ever deserved a law suit for fraudulent activity it is this one your better to park your truck and not use it then let them take your money and still leave you hanging with a token truck

3 months ago, we called they seemed good, we sent out ECM no call nothing for a month, we called, and they said they ordered the part it needed. Another 2 months go by we get our ECM back in the mail no note nothing clearly nothing has been done with it not even opened so no way they knew what was wrong. Called and asked for our money back, charged us $795.00 credit $495.00 WHAT is the $300 dollars for? Wish I read these reviews first.

Received ecm it caused all sorts of issues with my truck they advised me to return it and when. I did they kept $300 of my money saying it would have worked fine had I done a relearn on the ecm. Yet when I called tech support no one suggested a relearn just to return it. Guy was a jerk and td me I should have know even though the website states clearly plug and play nothing else needed. These guys suck

These people are thieves! After having my ECM diagnosed as "unrepairable" I asked for it back. I was told there would be a 150$ "diagnostic fee" to which I agreed in order to get my ECM. After receiving the unit back I noticed a 695$ charge to my CC. I reached out to get clarification but was told its for " services rendered". They did nothing but diagnose ECM. Nothing further was purchased. Working on disputing charges right now.and possibly even suing in Raleigh court.

Ordered a ecm for my international and came 4 days later i hooked up worked great. No problems plug and play like they said great company

Sent them a Cat 3406 ECM for repair after having it for 3weeks and not hearing from them i called to check on it. Was told it was not repairable and they would be sending it back and refunding me my money. It took three weeks and many phone calls just to get my ecm back. It has four weeks and have still not received my refund. Accounting department can only be reached by email and have failed on three occasions to return my email. I would use extreme caution dealing with this company.

Ordered an ECM 2 weeks ago - have not heard back from them. Tried calling and nobody answers the phone. This is outright theft. The creep who operates this scam website should be behind bars.

I recentttly sent an ECM for a CAT 3126 engine to dieselecmexchange for testing and repair. I was told the unit I sent was not repairable (I believe a blown capacitor and the microprocessor was stuck in a boot loop). The did have another ECM that they could send me, which they supplied. While I did have some questions after getting the unit back (that went unanswered), I was able to get the truck running again. That was my goal and the Canadian price was $2800 vs $8500 at the local Freightliner dealer. While I would have appreciated slightly better support to my questions, the problem was fixed and cheaper than my local option. My experience was positive and I would use their services again in the future. In this day and age there can be a lack of trust in service found on the internet, but my experience was positive, and I only speak for my own experience.

Just like others, we sent our core in and was told it was no good and could purchase a refurbished one that was programmed for $1495. Sent it to our mechanic and they said it was not programmed. They sent it to our International dealer who charges $695 to program and they tell us the unit is bad, so we end up buying a new one for $3k. Reached out to these guys and of course no response back. Stay as far away from this place as you can!

I should have read the reviews prior to placing an order. Suffice to say I was taken by this outfit. I have been waiting for 2 months and thousands of attempts to contact them by phone and email with ZERO response. Same issue other reviews had. They call you back and tell you your ECM is unprogrammable, fooled me into purchasing a fully guaranteed replacement with lifetime warranty, then went completely dark... Expensive lesson learned. Will attempt to pursue legal action, but probably won't be worth time and effort. STAY AWAY from these jokers!

I have never onced witnessed such a lack of customer service and unprofessionalism. This company received my Cummins ECM, sent it back with no contact or literature with ECM. I then wasted numerous hours troubleshooting the engine - costing the customer down time and my company lost time. After 100 phone calls they finally answered 3 weeks later to inform me that the ECM "can't be repaired" I informed them about the lost time and they replied with "i do not care". Do NOT by any means work with these jokers. They are just looking to steal your money and waste time.

DONT GET SUCKED INTO THEIR SCAM, RIPPED ME OFF FOR $895.00 PLUS 4 MORE HOURS OF DIAGNOSTIC TIME. THEY ARE FULL OF CRAP, I HAVE 40 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH DIESEL AND THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. BEEN FIGHTING WITH THEM SINCE DEC 2021 OVER CUMMIN S ECM THEY SAY THEY REPAIRED, SENT IN AGAIN SAID IT HAS BAD PIN CANT REPAIR, I ASKED FOR REFUND AND NOW HERE WE ARE. REASON GIVEN IS I WENT PAST THEIR 60 IRON CLAD GARRENTEE... MANAGER BRIAN IS NOT WORTH YOUR TROUBLE!

I was on the hunt for a pretty rare ECM and the usual places I shop did not have any in stock. This place was the only one that actually had one in stock, so I decided to order. After zero follow up and a few days later, I contacted them. They said they now didnt have any in stock but they could repair mine if I sent it in. After getting it back, it had the same issues, not to mention they spray painted it black so I could not tell if they actually opened it up and worked on it. They agreed to a full refund and after 14 days of waiting, I had to go to my credit card company and dispute the transaction. Worst experience ever.

I'd give them 0 stars if it was an option. This is a total scam and a fraud. They took my ECM and then would never answer the phone or call me back. They don't even have an option to leave a message. I have no way to get my money back. "Iron clad guarantee" that you're going to get ripped off and they are going to steal your money.

This company just rip me off for $300 programming which they did not do the Ecm was not program and they sent it to me not program stay far away from them they will take your money and will not answer the phone if you have questions about this company call me first before you get rip off also terrible company to do business check their reviews they are all bad

Returned their unopened unit within their return window. They never issued my refund, I emailed multiple times and called too! I was told they needed to talk to another department about the refund, who was never
In the office. WFT who runs a business like that, never having your accounting dept at work or available to return calls or emails. The refund never happened and they did this long enough so the charge was outsite the window to dispute it.

If you ship the unit back, keep your return tracking number and once you see it was received, DISPUTE THEIR CHARGE! A total scam and for $400, you tarnish your business's reputation for that little? Go elsewhere and put them out of business with a lack of business!

Before finding these reviews I called on a Friday and guy named Mark seemed helpful and placed order for a reman ECM. The following Monday contacted them again about a question. They then offered to repair my ECM if I sent it in for $695 the reman unit was $1295. They said the would refund the difference after mine was repaired and shipped out. A week later I received an ECM and 2 weeks later still no ECM. Finally after repeated attempts to call I got some rude, arrogant fool on the phone who then proceeded to become caught in several of his own lies, tell me that they did not say this and that they had sent me a reman unit and did not repair my unit and they would not refund me anything. After going round and round with this idiot he finally said we made a mistake and that they were still not going to do anything for me. Then after another round with gomer pile wannabe he told me they would repair mine and ship it to me and then refund me the $600 (that they were trying to swindle me out of) only after I downed my truck for who knows how long at this point and shipped them the the reman unit back. At this point I don't feel that I could possibly trust these two faced thieves. They obviously are only out to rip people off and care nothing about their customers. They are con artists and they one star they got is too much but the lowest I could leave. BEWARE! Save your time and money and a headache and avoid dealing with this company and people all together.

BEWARE! I paid these guys 1295$ for an ECM for my dodge cummins. I am stranded 2500 miles from home, and they would not reply to any emails asking for updates. After almost 3 weeks, I finally called them and got a 'real' person. The person that answered did not identify himself or the company, but said they were working on 'my guy'. What ever that meant. This was a friday morning, and he said they would be done by the coming monday and send it out to me. I never got any info, so 2 days later i emailed asking for update and a refund, they never responded, until i filed a paypal dispute. These guys had originally stated they had an ecm and could get it to me in 3 or 4 business days when i placed the order. Once i filed a dispute i did get an email response, saying they could not find an ECM for me( after 3 weeks of nothing but crickets- no email answer). I stated that since they found nothing and did nothing for me that I expected an immediate refund of my 1295$. I have seen nothing. Thankfully Paypal is on this. I went with another company for 400$ more and just received my reman ECM in less than a week. Thank god there are legit people in this business. Avoid these guys at any costs! They use multiple names and websites, and are nothing but thieves.

They dont return phone calls took 3 months for warranty work.

I brought it to another shop had it back in a week with FREE ONE YEAR WARRANTY ever thing is working great. Check them out before using there company if thats what you call it!

They don't deserve no stars it's been a night mare sent me a wrong address sent an old address where they had an old location it's been lost twice and finally 2,months later not answering calls e nails nothing when I did talk to a person all they said is to were just gonna have to wait and act tough n laugh w no answer still waiting shut my bread and butter down losing customers sad months behind on bills I'm drowning what can I do Im tired of life just because of this I'm wish my days on this earth would end soon good for them take people's money n charge and who cares about the next person

I purchased an ECM repair service from these folks. Sent my ECM in. Received it back, looked like it had been refurbished. Would not hit a lick, The truck still would not start. Run through all the diagnostics necessary proved there was nothing wrong with the truck by borrowing another ECM and installing it on the truck. It started right up.
Everyone's entitled to one mistake. Sent the ECM back, It was returned without any explanation other than the expectation that it is now functional. It was not. Again went through the same steps, ultimately proved the problem was not in or on the truck. Again contacted these folks. Sent the ECM back to them. This time they magically said it couldn't be fixed, and returned it as a core and refused a refund. Sided some 60-day warranty claim verbage which is irrelevant as the unit never functioned from day one.
It is now turned into a legal battle one that I have no doubt I will win.

My advice stay away from these folks at any cost, I was told that that's just the way business was.

I sent them my computer now they won't answer phones to return my computer so with no numbers off it makes hard to get another one they are a $#*! company don't use them

Ordered two ecms and returned both due to not working, never received credit for either one. Manager Bryan is the worst, do not do business with ever for any reason! You've been warned!
