ELITIFY

I love the service Elitify offers, not only they assist me with my right size but they shipped my shoes in 10 days, delivery was on time and I got my first handcrafted Knight and Bond Shoe. It is a Beautiful shoe, love the packaging and overall experience. I am FAN of the shoe collection and will place more orders soon.

Removing reviews from google, does not change the fact that this company is by far the worst ever so called luxury website.

Three months in, no refund received, and replacement piece is still'on the way'

With no phone number or way to contact them other than email, they have conveniently protected themselves from the harsh words from customers, which I am sure are plenty!

Stay away and never never order anything from here.

Though I am not crazy about picking just the branded stuff yet when it comes to perfumes. It has to be branded for the reason that the local ones fade away quickly and hence are a mere wastage of money. Often with perfumes you never know if the site has fake or real ones. However after i recently bought a victoria secret mist from elitify.com, am assured of they having genuine brands and original products. There are very few online sites like elitify.com selling genuine and exclusive range of perfumes.

Avoid shopping with elitify at al costs. They will not deliver your product for 3 months and after that will come up with lame reasons like product lost, custom check not approved etc. Then they will tell you that they will refund the money back. Again they will give reasons like they have tried to refund but there are some technical issues & they are not able to do so. They will lure you that you can reorder the product. So that again the torture can start. Its the most pathetic shopping experience of my life.

Let me just highlight the pertinent facts:

A. Order placed on June 29,2017 for two identical items and payment made: was indicated that the order would be shipped in 14-21 days.

B. No update received by July 20, the end of the 21 day period. No number to reach them on (their website does not have a contact number and the number that a Google search yields is unreachable) and prior e-mails dated July 17 and 18 enquiring about the status of the order continue to remain unanswered (apart from the automated 'we will revert' responses).

D. An email indicating that legal action will be taken is sent by me on July 20 and a response is received from Elitify on July 21 indicating that the order has been handed over to their shipping partner for delivery.

E. The order is received on July 27. However, when the package is opened, only one of the items ordered and paid-for is in the package. My emails over July 29 and 31 requesting for an update on the other paid-for item go unanswered.

F. On August 10, an email is sent from Elitify indicating that the second item can not be delivered and that money will be refunded. I immediately respond asking them to kindly process the refund. Am now awaiting a refund and keeping my fingers crossed.

Net net, please order at your own risk and if you have unending amounts of patience. To me, the whole exercise reeks of dishonesty and malafides - never going to shop from them again.

They copy the products from the original site & make it in India itself from local manufacturer. Seriously dnt waste your money instead go for offline shopping. I got shoes of Knight & Bond totally fake product

Ordered a product on 13th Jan 2015, for 3 weeks there was no update, then I send a mail to check about status of delivery, they said the goods are not yet available with the vendor! However, if you go on the website, it is still being sold on the website. Its been more than a week, the credit has yet not been received in the card through which I paid. The replies are vague and not professional. I would probably never buy anything from this website ever again.

I agree with all the negative remarks made by previous reviewers. These people are completely untrustworthy. I found out after making multiple calls that the order i placed was out of stock (they never bothered to inform) and all this while it continued to be reflected as available on their website. The reason given to me by customer care was that they are still working on updating their website. Hoping and praying that i get the money refunded to my account (likely a fool i paid in advance!)

Accidentally faced this online store and decided to get acquainted with the assortment offered by it.
I like a pair of shoes, so quickly made an order and started to wait for them. They were delivered pretty quick, and, most importantly, they were packed well. The package wasn't damaged, the shoes neither.
I presume it's a good place to shop at especially if you are a home sitter who doesn't like to shop offline. Recommend this place for everyone.

The only positive thing about this site is that they refund your money after they $#*! up your order. Ordered a coach bag, no delivery till a month after the order... Mailed them twice regarding it, they didn't bother to reply... Finally called them and they told me the bag was out of stock and their vendors were trying to locate it. I cancelled the order.

I got my Michael Kors dress within 10 days of order, the huge catalogue that elitify offers is truely amazing. I love shopping from this website.

I placed an order for a pair of Knight and Bond shoes on Oct 30th. I was told delivery would me made in six weeks. At the end of that when I spoke to them they said it will take another month. I then cancelled my order which was prepaid. Despite reminder I have still not received my money back. This is ridiculous and casual. I am pushed off each time I call by 24-48 hours with platitudes of sorry and service. I am fed up with the ethics of the company. Amazon and others return you funds in 3 days and here after almost a month I have no answers even today Buyers who prepay should be very careful of this company.

Recently bought MK leopard loop scarf from elitify.com and all I have to say is that it's really an elegant piece. It's quite warm and worth of cost. Today while surfing through elitify.com i came across some new collection of scarves and it's really awesome. Placed order for CK double faced edge scarf which is in dual color. It looked fabulous on the website, hope it looks equally great in real too like the MK one.

The Christmas discounts at elitify.com were truly worth taking advantage of. I bought J crew sweater at 48% discount. The sweater is red in color with white dots on it. It was perfect pick for Christmas. I was lucky enough to receive the delivery 2 days before Christmas and to my surprise it was nicely packed in a gift box. Superb shopping experience from elitify.com.

I ordered a knight & bond shoes, they make fantastic shoes... I really liked there shoes... I must say team is really helpfull in giving the best assistance.

I ordered a coach bag and never received it. Each time I contact them they say its going to take another 7-10 days. And it's been 2 months now. Everytime they give other reasons. At the end i have cancelled the order. They are so unprofessional. Never wish to buy anything from them. STUPID ELITIFY!

I purchased a humidor from Elitify.com(Order No. *******), they delivered a damaged article and completely refused to return, exchange or refund. On the product page the return policy clearly says 14 days no questions asked return and i made the complain in 3 days.
Moreover the product delivery time was mentioned as 15 days and was delivered in 2 months.
How do i report to Consumer Forum?

I ordered Annie Klein A line dress for my sister to gift her on her birthday but it was loose in fitting and her birthday was just one week away. I contacted elitify.com for the exchange in size that too as soon as possible. Their executive understood my concern and not merely confirmed replacement but also ensured that replaced dress reach me in 6 days. Great service by elitify and its team!

Elitify's customer care executives are truly good at understanding the issues faced by the customer and are equally good at addressing them in the best possible way. I had ordered a CK top from elitify but it was too fitted hence I contacted their customer care and requested for exchange. Within 15 days i received the next size of the top. Really impressed!

I ordered several pair of shirts of different brands like emporio armani, dkny, armani jeans, lacoste but never got to see them again. After several emails, calls and after 3 months they told me that the product was backordered from the vendor and they were still selling that sh*t in the website! Why didn't they tell me that it was on backorder? Were they planning for another new year to inform me? Do not trust these crooks guys! Plus the prices are 3-4 times US Prizes, if you don't believe me, check out the prices from the original sites!

I ordered MK platform wedge sandals from elitify.com. It was available at 30% discount and hence the price was reduced from Rs. ******* to Rs. 9093. Next day item was further discounted on their site. I called their customer care and explain i have placed order day earlier and now there is further discount available on same product. The customer service executive girl not only cancelled my order but placed a new order for me and finally i got my item! Happy with the quick response from elitify's customer care.
