Ordered Bravecto for my dog on May 14. Today June 14 and the package is still not in the USPS system. People on their end are very nice but of no help. Sad state of affairs as I had to buy meds locally to cover my dog until this shipment arrives, if it ever does. Hope there is some recourse if the package is lost in transit as this med is quite expensive. They should charge more for shipping and use a more reliable service. I would be happy to pay the difference.
Postscript;
Turns out Bravecto can no longer be sold internationally, so it had nothing to do with shipping method. This shipment got stopped at the border because it is no longer permissible to ship Bravecto from Canada. The company CPC did not know this at the time but has subsequently posted this info on their website. They are a good company and I regret any disparaging remarks I made. I placed a subsequent order for another product and it was handled extremely well.
Tip for consumers:
This is disappointing as the prices are good and this is a legitimate website. They opt to use inferior inexpensive shipping services and this leads to long delay times.

Frontline plus
Many years ago, Frontgate was an Uber- high end catalog. Years ago I bought a shower head that still provides the ultimate shower experience. Over 15 years ago, a stainless steel dish rack crafted in Italy still as good looking and functional as it was then. Fast forward to present(2023). The catalog is filled with low-end junk. It's not the Lillian Vernon catalog, but heading in that direction. The last things I purchased had to be returned or simply failed and didn't get returned. There are some decent quality products but you need to search. Descriptions are flowery but products fail to deliver. Worse, when they offer a discount, putting in additional codes voids the discount.ie: free shipping offer is only attainable if you void the discount. An item on sale goes back to original msrp. And their shipping charges are outrageous. $32. To ship a solar path light UPS ground. In their own shipping section they state $29. Gets you next day shipping. This kind of egregious sales tactic is so far from the Frontgate I once knew. I will need to say goodbye.

Frontgate has a lot of work to do if they want to restore their former reputation.
