What I most love about this place is the constant encouragement and enthusiasm that every coach shows. I started with the 6 week challenge and saw very good results not only with weight loss but got a perfect chance to mend my eating habits and become healthy. I went on to take a membership after the 6 week challenge and I never did so well with any other group fitness programs. I highly recommend this place and it is a very inclusive environment.

Great instructors! Love the energy! I'm toning up. The hour goes by really fast! They have themed days and plenty of fun challenges.

ILKB - Glen Allen is a MUST! I am so happy I joined ILKB in Glen Allen. The instructors have kept me motivated to stick to my goals, making it fun with kick-$#*! workouts that will help you burn fat and get stronger. I feel so much better after a workout with ILKB and am finally seeing definition in my arms, back and waist. I highly recommend consistently attending class.

I love that every class presents an opportunity for me to grow. Whether I'm working on technique, speed, strength, or endurance. I always get an amazing workout even on the days I don't feel my best.

ILKB Newmarket is the best! I joined hoping for a fun, challenging workout and I have not been disappointed! More than that, ILKB is a community of supportive, like-minded individuals all rooting for each other. In addition, the instructors are incredible!
If you're feeling intimidated-don't! This place is for everyone. Just come on by and try a class and you'll fall in love just like I did.

I was looking for a workout that was fun and something I could stick with. I Love Kickboxing was just the ticket. The high-calorie bag rounds are super fun, the hour flies by! Their class schedule is very flexible, I am always able to find a class. And the Staff... AMAZING! So nice, supportive and they know their stuff. They genuinely want you to succeed! I highly recommend you give them a try to see if a fit for you!

I have had the best time ever! From the second you walk through the door, you feel welcome. The personal attention is great. Your first class is with an your own instructor which really helps you with safe technique. There is something really cathartic about punching and kicking that bag. You will feel stronger, more flexible, and less stress! I have medical issues that mean I have to modify some things but I still get the job done. If you are moving, you are improving!

I started I love kickboxing (ilkb) two months ago. I was hooked after the first class. I have never been one to exercise. The classes are super fun and energetic. The staff are amazing. I'm usually the quiet one on the back corner Haha, but they always come say hi and chat with me. It's a really fun way to get into shape!

Ilkb Guelph is simply amazing! The staff are so friendly and outgoing that there personalities alone make you want to keep going back. The classes are perfectly designed for every level of experiance. Not to mention they offer classes 6 days a week! Give it a go and you wont be disappointed!

This is how I see ILKB after I accomplished my first 100 classes:
The class starts with what they call a "warm up". I call it a "burn out" since I finish exhausted after the first 15 minutes. Even though I have been a member for a while, these "burn outs" never seem to get easier, but I can assure I am performing much better. I lost 1 size, even though I lost no weight. It's not their fault. It happens because I eat so many M&Ms!
The instructors are fun, each one has his/her craziness, motivating everyone in his/her personal style. Their job is to make sure you perform your best and especially careful to do things right and most important, avoid injuries. They are great workout advisors, but very qualified to assess dietary needs. The craziest instructor of all came up with a concept of "active rest". I still can't figure out where the "rest" is. What I consider unique is all the kicking we have to do. So it's not only strength exercise for legs, but also flexibility, speed and agility.
For me this is more like family challenge. I got a good deal ($$$$) by subscribing with my wife and daughter. My greatest success story is with my wife, who hasn't ever worked out; we enjoy the training together. My daughter, who was (not anymore) overweight has a size less. What is even better, her blood work confirms better cholesterol and triglyceride numbers, But best of all, the three of us enjoy every class together!
Every month these guys exhibit the "golden glove challenge" for those who assisted to 12 or more classes during one month. There are so many classes to choose from, Monday to Sunday, morning, noon, afternoon and night classes, there is no excuse not to take many more than 12 classes.
These guys have a marketing machine working all the time. There is always something to buy, clothing, energy drinks, good gloves and better gloves, promotional discounts, now a heart rate monitoring system. Somehow they make it look like a must.
The place will always be found impeccably clean. They clean thoroughly after each class. It's always pleasant to walk into the jovial atmosphere.
When you leave a gym, you can feel the satisfaction of a good workout. When I leave ILKB, I feel I also had a lot of fun too.
In short, highly recommended, and even more if you are willing to take the advantage of unlimited classes.

I Love Kickboxing has been a very welcome change in my life. I was very skeptical and hesitant at first... I'm not very active or athletic but I wanted to improve my health and stamina so I decided to give it a try. The instructors have been excellent- very helpful and patient! They allow you to go at your own pace but encourage you to push yourself. In no time, I was keeping up with the pros. I've been going once/week for about three months and I've lost a lot of weight! (I've also been eating well!) More importantly, I can already see a huge difference in my body (lost a few inches from my waist! YES!) and I'm no longer out of breath after a short run. I'll likely upgrade to an unlimited membership soon to get even better. Thank you ILKB! Bonus- this is a socially conscious company, they promote campaigns for charity or helping the environment every month!

I love kickboxing Fitchburg has literally been life changing! Not only has it helped me stay in shape but it has centered me entirely! It's definitely my stress reliever! EVERY single staff member is amazing! They are all motivating full of energy and treat everyone like family! They pay attention to each individual and watch when they need assistance or just a little push for the day! The gym is sooo clean! The restrooms are nice and clean also! They're always sanitizing the mats and bags! I can't recommend it enough! I tell all my friends about it!

Ilkb, Kenosha, Wi has been the spark to my fuel. I have been going here for just over a month now, and I can feel the fat run for their lives. Jade, and the staff there know everone by first name. And this has been the best investment that I havr made on myself.

Great workout at the ILKB Glen Allen location. If you are looking to switch up your workout routine this should be your first stop. I needed something to remotivate me and this was it. Instructors are fun, encouraging and give great directions & tips each time to make sure you're doing moves correctly and still keeping it engaging. Very clean also! Each month has something new to challenge you. Check them out!

I love love love this studio. What a great facility to work out in. The parking lot is well lit, the facility is clean, the bathrooms are clean, the workout gear is always cleaned. I can't say enough good things. The staff and trainers are the coolest people around.

I just celebrated my two-year anniversary of coming to ILKB in Linthicum, MD. Originally, I was looking for a different way to workout to lose weight, but I got a whole lot more. This is how I am able to be focused, empowered, and take care of myself. I come 5 days a week as this is my respite. Losing weight is just a bonus in this process. Also, I love the community that I have created here and the great instructors!
