I've ordered from them for a few years, for the most part good. Then they got sloppy and rude, I wasn't getting all the coupons I paid for. I had a hard time getting them to respond and then when I did they refused to send the coupons I paid for or give me a refund. I finally got a response from Tim and he was very rude. I had two other orders and he just canceled them... I wonder how long it will take for them not to get back to me? If I didn't have to give them one star I wouldn't have...

I have ordered from Klip 2 Save for well over a year. In the beginning they were great. The last 2 months not so much. I emailed them stating I didn't receive one of my orders but I received an order that was placed 2 days after that order. The reply I received was... we sent to this address is it correct? Well obviously if I received my order from 2 days after that one then obviously its correct. I replied to the email that was sent and never heard another word. They didnt say sorry, nothing. The shipping use to be fast and would always receive my coupons in 2 days. Now I am lucky if I receive them in 5. Out of 4 orders in the last 10 days 1 have received 1 order.

Easy, efficient, cost effective, cheap shipping, quick service. Website is easy to navigate. I use it all the time!

So far I have not had a problem. I get my coupons on a timely matter and all are there. You just have to be on it to get the coupons first when they post. Lol

I have ordered from klip2save several times and have had no problems. I would recommend them to family and friends.

My first order with this company was incorrect. I followed their instructions and sent them an email explaining what was wrong. A week went by and no response. I sent a follow up email and still no response. The order was on 10/18/20, today is 11/8/20, unfortunately it was money wasted.

Total rip off and rude. I made a purchase on 12/23/20. Never received my coupons and was told that I can return coupons. How do you return something that you don't have. Stay away from this company. 1/10/2021

Website says quick shipping, by time I got my coupons half of them were expired. Took almost 2 weeks to receive them.

Ordered coupons for myself and my order was canceled with no explanation called emailed no response back. I ordered from them in the past with no issues now it seems like they don't have enough to fill orders and just cancel peoples orders without explanation. Never again.

I Have not read any of the reviews yet but I do not understand why the ones left are in any way negative.
My personal and very recent ordering experience has been very beneficial and I'm so super thankful to have found them and I appreciate their business. Without them I would be effed. But my experience from ordering to receiving is 100%.

I've ordered from them twice. Their prices are AMAZINGLY frugal (like 25 cents and I think the highest price was 35 or 45 cents... Their Shipping is beyond frugal $1(which I personally appreciate because I will not order from businesses that expect a huge o. O. p (out of pocket) payment or a shipping fee at all. For the majority of my online shopping (damn near daily).
Their Availablity and selection of coupons is great.

It doesn't take too long, like within the next week you will receive your neatly-well uniformed invoice included-coupon-letter. When I say uniformed I mean that with the most highest compliment. I can look at it and see what every word means and why its on there. Shoot u can utilize the invoice when ur doing ur deals.

I RECOMMEND YOU TO THESE COUPONING FAIRIES!

After leaving that review i have ordered 2 times more from this place and i am super disappointed because they cancel nd refund my order with an automated general message of why but it is ok. The refund was quick without me even knowing it til i seen the email... so I DONT RECOMMEND USING THIS DEALER FOR ANY OF UR COUPONS..

I have been purchasing coupons from Klip2Save for over 3 years now. They have a great selection, are very affordable for individual coupons and ship fast. I have searched for similar coupon sites but none are as good as Klip2Save for my needs

I ordered 7 coupons and 5 of them are expired, I have trying to contact them and the haven't reply, that a bad job! The package arrive today April the 20th and they expired since the 18th and 19th

Greetings... I've been ordering from klip2save for over a year now... I'm going to very honest... their customer service SOCKS REALLY BAD... But I always have gotten my coupons. I had 2 issues with them... once they sent me someone else's coupons I had to call that person and send them their coupons... then recently I ordered some coupons and did not receive them... I contacted PayPal and got my money back right away...
Always pay through paypal... but other good sites with wonderful customer service is Bargin Coupon Clippers, The coupon carryout and coupon clipped shipped...
They only got 3 stars because they have no customer service

I have been using this service for several years now and have NEVER had a problem! I will continue to use them in the future, and I will have no problem referring other people to use them!

For the past year everything has been great. The last 2 orders have been really late. The last one I paid over $30 and still haven't received yet. It was placed on Aug 30 so most of them are probably expired. I have emailed them and nothing

I have been using them for at least 3 yrs now and have never had any issues... I always get my orders fast and accurate. Yes sometimes they are out of the popular coupons but that's just to expected when it's a really great deal... I think their prices are fair and they don't require a minimum order... I will definitely keep doing business with them..

I need some coupons ASAP so I ordered Sunday paid for 1 to 2 day shipping and according to them it would be here Monday or Tuesday. Well it's late Tuesday and guess what nothing in the mail, so sale is off and now I don't even need the coupons. I wrote them and of course no response so I guess the thieves don't want to give me my money back. So please do not use these CROOKS... Let me help save your money so you don't end up being ripped off from these A$$ holes...

Order a few times from this site. Reg shipping is slower than other sites. Last time I paid priority and was missing 5 coupons. Complained and they said they'd ship them asap... I got the missing coupons 3 days later after the sell was over. I asked for refund of my priority shipping and the coupons. All I got back was 1.42 oh and when I said I was writing a complaint they blocked me from ordering from the site again lol. STAY AWAY THERE ARE MUCH BETTER SITES

I have used this company several times without a problem. This last time they forgot to send me 10 of the coupons I ordered. I contacted them. No response. They have zero communication with you. They send emails to let you know about your shipment etc., but once it's shipped, you're on your own! All automated, no response when you have an issue! Now I've switched to another couponing service. Too bad they could have just responded and easily rectified the problem! They lost business!

I've been trying to make a purchase with them for the past week and it's either getting refunded or canceled... but they still have a lot of coupons in stock. I've given up trying to purchase coupons from them and I will NOT order from them. This website is a F*** joke. Don't waste your money here.

Never recieved my coupons and they either ignore your emails or send automated ones that say the exact same thing. They will fill your orders once or twice, then steal your money. Please don't give your money to these crooks.

I was very sad when I saw these reviews after I had already ordered. But I wasn't sad for long! I ordered my coupons on Saturday, got them today (Monday!) everything I had ordered and in a normal envelope. I think the $1 shipping is a bit much but worth it for the money I will save. I don't know what the other reviews are about - I guess people only review when things are negative so I wanted to set the record straight! I think this site is great.
