“Amazing service”

I didn't really expect so much so I didn't get disappointed with the little change that was made to my credit. Score did increase by a meagre 16 points over the course of 6 months but I still hold on to that. Thank You Lexington Law

A Representative called me at work to sell their Rent to Own program. This person( female) did not know how to answer any of my questions, and then interrupted me in the middle of my question s for her. What the hell? Is this company really that cheap that you cannot find a representative with half a brain cell or any professionalism at all? She interrupted me at work. This crap hole company better never try to call me again.

This organization is misdirecting and not in any manner in it for consumer loyalty. They are awful at speaking with customers and sincerely for what you pay in the event that you don't get results inside the initial three to four months I'd drop administration with them promptly and look for services somewhere else. I am one of numerous individuals who've paid fees over some stretch of time surpassing three to four months and saw definitely no results.

They sell you with the information that you only pay for services rendered. However, I paid them for disputing and successfully removing one item from my credit report. Next month, it has been posted back to my credit. So I am expected to pay them again for disputing the same inquiry… when I spoke to a "paralegal" they just kept repeating that they do not remove or post things to the credit bureau. Right, but I did pay you to dispute and have it removed, that's in their disclaimer, you only pay for services rendered, if the service I have already paid for is not completed then how is that legal? If the item reappears on my credit after I've already paid Lexington for a successful dispute, then does that not entitle at least a refund? They talk in circles so as not to acknowledge the point. And when the conversation escalates due to their gas lighting, they just hang up the phone on you. Now isn't that customer service! Don't waste your money, dispute the items yourself.

Clicked on a rent to own email just see what it was about, looked interesting so I filled out the info just to see if I qualified and my phone started ringing immediately. Talked to a lady for like 30 seconds who said she was transferring me to someone who could help me rent to own. She transferred me to Lexingtom Law. I explained to the guy I don't need credit repair and he actually argued with me that YES I needed my credit repaired. I said my credit is fine- I just do not have a big down payment for a house is all. He said no your score is very low- I said how do you know? I never gave you permission to run my report or even gave the lady before you my SS#. He said well you must have because I am looking at your credit report. I said HOW? They are such liars! Now I keep getting random phone numbers and its always the rent to own scammers trying to transfer me to "someone who can help me" and I keep telling them take me off your list!

While I was in the process of getting the FAKE COMPANY "RENT TO OWN NOW". They pushed hard the fact that I needed LEXINGTON LAW to help me with my credit score. Upon further investigation I found out "LEXINGTON LAW" has a class action Lawsuit against them! They are crooks, just like "RENT TO OWN NOW"! The two companies are both in class action lawsuits against them! The one lady (and I use that term lightly) Res who called me day and night, well over 10xs a day. Finally got quiet when I asked her what her Credit Score was? Stay far away from these companies!
Sincerely, Sherril Y.

Rep mislead and misinformed me about their process. I was then convinced to agree to a $5 charge that would send me a detailed overview of my credit report. Then i was told that I wouldn't be charged for the full service if I didn't call back to agree to move forward with their services. I called back on Saturday but found out they were not open to take my call. I was then charged for a full price for a service I never wanted over the weekend and couldn't dispute it at the time. Called right away on Monday to cancel and get my refund but was told I can only get half of it returned because it was past the 5 day deadline (which was never disclosed and a separate rep told me it was 5 business days). I never agreed to sign up with their services but only agreed to the initial $5 charge.

It all started with a call from a rent to own program they told me that the only way to get into the program was for me to prove that I was working on my credit and said they use LEXINGTON LAW. They even went as far as to transfer me to the LEXINGTON LAW office and had a conversation with LEXINGTON LAW about me and then left me in the hands of LEXINGTON LAW. Lexington Law set me up with a credit program to fix my credit and everything and every time I brought up the rent to own company they kinda brush it off but they were ACTUALLY JUST ON THE PHONE TOGETHER, so I didn't think anything of it. I thought maybe they will just send me the info after the set up was complete cause all through the call Lexington Law sent me there paperwork and so I gave it a few days and then when they collected there first payment I still had not gotten anything from them. I called to see what was going on with the rent to own program and the Lexington Law company told me they did not work with or even know of the rent to own company, but the lady I spoke to Deanna went on to tell me that they receive a lot of calls from people asking about the rent to own company. This is supposed to be a law firm how is it that these lawyers that know the law and all that jazz are letting people be scammed right on the phone with them. EVEN IF THEY DON'T KNOW OR WORK WITH THE COMPANY IT MAKES THEM LOOK BAD BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONES COLLECTING THE MONEY FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT BEING PROVIDED. THE SOLE REASON PEOPLE ARE SIGNING UP WITH THEM WHEN THEY GET CONNECTED IS TO HAVE THE PROOF THAT THEY NEED TO SHOW THAT THEY ARE WORKING ON THERE CREDIT TO THE RENT TO OWN COMPANY TO GET A HOUSE. LEXINGTON LAW ARE JUST LETTING IT HAPPEN BECAUSE THEY BENEFIT FROM IT AND I DON'T TRUST A COMPANY LIKE THIS. IT IS UNETHICAL WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

Another thing be careful if you get Deanna on the phone because she will belittle you and make you feel bad cause your credit score is not appealing and say just about anything to get you to stay signed on with them. She told me her story and said, she was married and how her husband got a credit card to boost his credit and all of that but then when I told her I was a single parent she told me she was a single parent too.

I don't trust them!

I cannot express how disappointed I am in Lexington Law. Just yesterday, I signed up for the service and spent over 1 1/2 hours with Marissa, a Credit Consultant. I paid for the credit report even though this website, along with others indicate it's free of charge instead of the $14.99 I paid. During the session, we went over every single credit item (and there are lot of them) on all three bureaus. Today, I receive an email asking me to go through my credit reports and identify those items that need to be disputed one by one. This couldn't be true, since I completed the process yesterday. I called in and waited. The Paralegal explained that my file had not been completed. In fact, Marissa, labeled each item as not applicable. What? It may seem small to them, but dealing with credit issues is hard and painful. It's important to know you can believe it people who are working on your behalf; not to mention the service is NOT free. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Of course, no one is available. Yes, I'm ranting because I'm always disappointed in poor customer service and a lack of professionalism especially when you're just getting started. The worse part is nobody and I mean nobody cares!

Lexington law is not a good company. First of all they did not help my credit score and made it worse instead of improving it... they also kept charging me for the services which was bad because of the services they gave.

Best service I can think for improving your credit score. They removed about 85% of my negative items in close to 3 months and I was able to finally purchase a new home. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone needing credit repair.

I have used this law firm for the past month to clear up some credit report mistakes. I can honestly say that they really have helped! Yes they use paralegals and I have never spoken to a lawyer. However, less than a month in and those three mistakes off my credit report I really could careless. Whatever there doing worked wonderfully for me! I would also like to say this is a heck of a lot cheaper than hiring my own personal lawyer to do this!

After more than 9 months of receiving service from Lexington Law Group, I have canceled my service. They have done very little to provide me with the credit that was promised at the time I registered and started paying them. Hundreds and hundreds of dollars have been wasted with this credit repair company. Every time I called to speak with one of their reps, they would tell me we need to take a different approach and try something new. None of these so-called "new approaches" worked. The last person I spoke with told me that many of the approaches that I tried were a waste of time. It feels as though Lexington Law Group has been ripping me off for many, many months. Please find another company to aid you with your credit repair needs.

I was referred over from rent to own American homes another scam company that you should not do business with beware! I spoke with someone at Lexington Law Firm as they require a $99 per month membership to repair my credit! I told her that I did not need to pay her $99 a month because I have been rebuilding my credit myself and I myself have taken the steps to removing the negative things off of my credit report! This place is a scam and if you don't believe me go online to Lexington Law Firm. Com reviews and complaints and see for yourself you can rebuild your credit yourself you don't need anybody else to do it for you BEWARE STAY AWAY from this company or they will make you broke and do nothing for you!

1st they charge for a credit report, then charge $99.00 a month, what they don't tell you that they will take a whole year ($1400. 00) after 4 months of dealing with their firm, thay claim letters were sent, yet MY CREDIT SCORE WENT FROM 630 to 611 SORRY but 1 Quarter is sufficient time to see some improvement. So I cancelled the bank withdrawl lost nearly $500.00. I have paid off a mortgage & 2 CARS, No ballance on the (Loan Sharking 1%er credit card issuers charge! Yet that didn't seem to budge my credit score in the least I warn YOU the consumer that this is a firm to be weary of,

Somebody needs to stop this credit repair company. They are a ripoff. They never did anything for me. It's like dealing with Bernie Madoff. It's like a big ponsy scheme. The law firm doesn't even work on your case - they farm it out. I never even talked to a lawyer. The attornies-general need to look into this company. Don't use lexingtonlaw.com
