In late July of 2021 I rented a storage unit from Public Storage in Lake Worth FL. I was informed by my mover that the rate I was quoted might be short term and that I should inquire about that issue with Public Storage. I was informed by a customer service rep that my rate would not go up in the first six months and after that "if" it went up it would only be a $10-$20 increase. I have recently been informed by Public Storage that my rate is going up $60 a month. Renter Be Ware- If I had known that Public Storage would act in bad faith and lie to me about my rate increase I would not have rented storage space from them. Do not rent from this dishonest and fraudulent company!
In addition, Public Storage has purposely created a lack of communication in an effort to delay my payments in an effort to create late payment charges to my account.

This company is a full on scam. They took my money and never provided the product. They have a recording that says the number is no longer in service however, when you call on another phone they call you back and claim the are in business a have the product you are looking for. I have reported the scam to many websites and the Federal Trade Commission.

I have used Avvo in the past to assist me with contacting an attorney to represent me in a legal matter. Recently I attempted to use it again, at which time one of their recommended attorneys never contacted after I made direct contact with him via his website. Avvo contacted me about a week later to inquire about my experience with their recommended attorney and to ask if I would write a review. I chose to do so in order to politely inform other potential clients of my experience with the Avvo-recommended attorney. However, in spite of repeated attempts, Avvo refused to post my review. Of note: Their recommended attorney is a 5-star client of Avvo and I rate them with only 1 star. It seems to me that Avvo is protecting their 5-star client by not allowing me to post my negative experience with their client. This action feels dishonest and slimy because it appears that Avvo will only allow positive reviews of their clients. If this is true, it begs the question: What good are ANY of the Avvo attorneys if all of their reviews are possibly manipulated? As you can see by many of the other reviews on this site, I am not the only person with this same issue. Please understand that I am reviewing Avvo and not all of their attorneys.

Please run while you can! This has got to be the worst Credit Union ever, incompetent, lazy and totally unprofessional. Expect to wait 30 minutes or longer if you go inside to conduct any business. Applied for a mortgage (750+ credit score) went elsewhere because they NEVER even contacted me. Ordered new debit cards weeks ago and they never placed the that order. They suck.

I have had progressive auto insurance for about 4 years and paid around $110 a month for below average coverage on our 09' Toyota Highlander. I recently made a claim for coverage on our front windshield which is a $0 deductible in the state of Florida. Progressive denied our claim due to a technicality. My first thought was how could an insurance deny a claim for around $200 when I pay them $1,400.00 a year for coverage and have NEVER made any claims? I spoke with the glass claim supervisor by the name of Jamey Smith. He told me that he would think about it over the weekend and get back to me. After chasing him down for almost a week he finally returned my call and was sorry to say that they would not pay for my windshield replacement. I found that Farm Bureau Insurance will provide more coverage on our car for about 40% less money. Please don't use Progressive Insurance or you will find yourself being lied to and searching for an honest and reliable Insurance company to cover your car too. #never1claimin4years

Tip for consumers:
check out Farm Bureau Insurance for rates better than progressive with overall better coverage.

Henry J. Cistrelli ESQ. Attorney ID # ******* is employed at Starr, Gern, Davison & Rubin, PC in Roseland NJ. He works there as a NJ workers compensation lawyer and has just cost me $32,000 on a mistake. I was awarded total disability with the Second Injury Fund. Before signing the Settlement Affidavit I emailed him to confirm what my back benefits and back awards would be from my disability. He replied that I would in fact receive $80,000. Recently he emailed me to inform me that he had received his attorney fee from the insurance co.and that my check had been lost in the mail. He also told me that I would now only be getting $47k instead of $80,000. He and one of the partners of Starr- Gern had argued with me some months earlier to take a very small offer from the insurance Co. I told them both that I wanted to go to trial. I did and judge found that I was totally disabled. I don't know what Henry Cistrelli specializes in but can say that from my experience that I would be very surprised to hear that it is workers comp law. How would you feel if someone reached into your pocket and took $32,000? Because that's exactly what it felt like. There are some wonderful NJ WC attorneys and law firms out there and my experience is that Henry Cistrelli at Starr, Gern, Davison & Rubin P. C. is not one of them.

After more than 9 months of receiving service from Lexington Law Group, I have canceled my service. They have done very little to provide me with the credit that was promised at the time I registered and started paying them. Hundreds and hundreds of dollars have been wasted with this credit repair company. Every time I called to speak with one of their reps, they would tell me we need to take a different approach and try something new. None of these so-called "new approaches" worked. The last person I spoke with told me that many of the approaches that I tried were a waste of time. It feels as though Lexington Law Group has been ripping me off for many, many months. Please find another company to aid you with your credit repair needs.

I booked a rental car with this company. They did not disclose there hidden condition/terms and when I went to pick up my rental car I was told I could not have the car I booked. When I returned from my trip I was told by there customer service department that I would not get a refund after waiting over a month for someone to get back to me. PLEASE do not use this company for any of you bookings because you may find yourself stranded at the airport just as I was.

This group met with me on 8/26/15. They smiled shook their heads yes and said we will help. I paid them $950.00 and they did nothing. 3 months lather I asked for a refund for services never rendered and they said NO. If everyone at this site would contact the FL. BAR and register their complaint it would help remove this sad excuse for a law firm. Please search- Register complaints against KEL -on line and join the fight to have this law firm disbarred.

RIP OFF! I started my rental 4/2/23 with a (supposed to be) online special 10x25 for $160/month....
