Myself, and a friend ordered multiple bottles of narcissist, and it was delivered with zero cents the company refused to believe us, and refused to refund. I even offered to mail the bottles back. They didn't change the formula because I have been making the same product for two years and now. I even ordered two other cents that I've been using for two years they have almost 0 smell after they are used in my product. I have also noticed a change in the consistency and how it works in our soaps, and it is basically unsellable. This company puts zero product information. You have no idea what you're getting. It is probably the worst company I've ever dealt with for Customer Service. I have already moved onto a bigger and better company that is completely transparent.
Nature's Garden Cosmetics is a hidden gem in the world of natural beauty products. Their commitment to using high-quality, organic ingredients shines through in every product I've tried. From skincare to makeup, their range is extensive, and I appreciate the transparency about ingredients and their eco-friendly packaging. The results have been fantastic for my skin, and I love knowing I'm using products that are both effective and environmentally conscious. The only downside is that their prices can be a bit high, but the quality more than justifies it. Nature's Garden Cosmetics is a brand I trust and adore.
Received my items very quickly. Everything smelled nice and I'm happy with the scents. I do however wish you would change your caps to a squirt cap. It's very hard to not spill any during measuring. I would think they would come this way without charging the customer extra for a cap that should have been used in the first place. I wouldn't mind paying 25¢- $1.00 more per bottle just to not deal with wasting product.

The shipping is a bit pricey and the order page is outdated and glitchy. The website needs a bit of a work through I think. Other then that they have fair prices for products, a good assortment of items, and I'm looking forward to sniffing some of the fragrances in person.
Add On: The order shipped fast and arrived intact, although one fragrance did leak just a smidge. All the scents smell absolutely fantastic. I'm very pleased with my order and how fast it got here.

Ordered several sample bottles of fragrance oil for my candles. All smelled like a diluted down with a weak scent. Company wont refund any of my money. Will never order from company again!

Y'all are awesome and y'all's fragrances have never let me down (once I actually read the information). My only complaint is that I always seem to get a few leaky bottles in each order, but that is very minor. Nothing is perfect and expecting perfection is unfair and unrealistic. Keep up the great work!
I first looked into y'all by recommendation from Royalty Soaps, but I chose to stick with y'all because of the reviews, pricing, and overall pleasant experience.
The fragrances/flavors fit best for what I want in my upcoming lineup. The only thing I couldn't find was a cherry flavor for lip balm, so I opted for Monkey Farts instead.
The only place I go to for my fragrances. Not only do they deliver fast but I have never been let down.

Great selection of fragrance oils. I'm shopping from Canada and used a parcel forwarding service. It went well, though the shipping was extremely expensive ($70). Two of my fragrance oils leaked a little, which caused the lettering on the plastic bottles to all slide off and now I can't read most of them. I think I will order from Nature's Garden in the future, as they have such a good selection, though they aren't nearly as leakproof as the Canadian suppliers from which I usually order.
