With my family, I fly Spicejet airlines from Pune to Chennai. Traveled in economy class and the fight was for about 2.5 hours duration, the money spent was approximately 4000 Indian rupees. The in-flight available onboard hot meals taste amazing. I appreciate the service provided since the flight got me full value for money. The entire experience was good, I wait for travel soon with Spicejet again.
We had pre-booked flight tickets from Delhi to Hyderabad, expecting a 7 am departure. Unfortunately, the flight experienced multiple delays: first pushed to 8 am, then further delayed to 10:50 am, 11 am, and finally 12:15 pm. These continuous delays were quite challenging for us, significantly disrupting our schedule. The airline's inefficiency led to a waste of our precious time. When we requested lounge access due to the prolonged delay, the airline offered a meal instead. There were murmurs among passengers about SpiceJet's limited staffing and flights, suggesting that they might be playing games with travelers. One unfortunate individual missed their flight and sought assistance from the airline but received no support; instead, they were advised to purchase a new, expensive ticket. Overall, the lack of support and the series of delays left us deeply dissatisfied. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against booking a flight with SpiceJet, even if they offer enticing deals.
Stop harrazment of passangers by frequently change the flight timeing. One of the 3rd class airline in my life. I never recommended this airline for International flight. Worst air line Spice Jet.

Flight was from Delhi to bagdogra and it was delayed by 2hours at Delhi and 3hours at guhawati.i had worst experience travelling in spicejet.service was worst.workers didn't had manners to speak.No help was provided by the counter regarding the delay.They defended themself to be fault of the gujarati airlines and not Delhi.
I am aghast at the horrible conduct of Spicejet airlines. A flight from Delhi to Kashmir had been planned. There was no intimation in the night. But in the morning our 8;15 flight was delayed to 11:00. When we desired to change our flight to 9:15 we were informed of a further delay to 10:15. A game it was that they were playing on us. Delay after delay. To all those who are here to check for my opinion, I comment that this is probably the worst airline ever. They don't deserve to operate. I highly urge the Indian government to shut down these airlines.

Travelled 24/06/23 front srinagar to delhi. Received my luggage in broken condition. They don't even respond to it.
I have faced similar issues in the past.last time my luggage was stripped in an attempt to steal the belongings.worst airlines.I wrote to them and they said. Sorry for inconvenience.
I recently booked a ticket from Chennai to Delhi on 6th September 2023. But, sadly I had to encounter the worst experience with Spicejet, where I was denied onboarding on a mere request of writing only 2 words on the excess baggage receipt - "Laptop Bag" after payment of the excess baggage charges for the laptop bag that I was carrying. Such conduct from Spicejet was very unprofessional and dissatisfactory. When a customer pays the ticket price, he owns the right to travel through the flight and taking away this right is illegal in all terms. I can not understand if there is a policy of spicejet to charge amounts for a laptop bag, what made the team cancel my onboarding on the request of adding these 2 words - "Laptop Bag" on the excess baggage charge payment receipt.
To my utmost surprise, when I raised this with Spicejet's escalation points, they are saying that I have only refused to travel and they did not deny onboarding. This is completely false, as any sensible person can vouch for it - if I would have to refuse travel I would not have even paid the excess baggage charges in the first instance. This is a pure betrayal from spicejet. Atleast, they should have the guts to accept what they did.
I then also went to google to check on the reviews of Spicejet where I found that many customers faced the similar issue where they were denied onboarding by Spicejet staff and then Spicejet later took their steps back to say they did not deny the onboarding.
Because of them I was left helpless but to book another flight late in that day. I had to reach Delhi urgently but because of Spicejet staff, this was unduly delayed. They have even refused to refund the ticket price.
It's been 40 min we sitting inside the plane and there is not update when we are going to fly. I'll give 1 out 10.
Pathetic service. Rude staff. Brainless Manager. They don't care about customer. Our flight was at 5.20AM from Goa to mumbai. They didn't notified passengers about flight cancellation. And then the staff was giving brainless responses to the customers. They were literally laughing when people raised there voice. I wont go for SpiceJet ever in my life again. Airline's business is not running profitable anyhow. And if SpiceJet just have this kind of service/attitude, then I wish it goes into such debt that if will crash like hell.
I traveled with my family for the first time from Spicejet airlines from Rajasthan to Delhi. I was so excited and nervous at the same time but the flight staff provided excellent customer support to my family. I was thankful to the crew for their kind behavior. This was my first travel experience at Spicejet airlines. From now onwards I will prefer this airline and recommend all my friends as well.
This is with absolute frustration that i decided to write this review during yet another of your last minute reschedules i had to endure in this ungodly booking i have made for my trip from goa-dxb. A collective delay of close to 15 Hrs.

Flight from Bagdora to Delhi. This airline is worst airline. First they cancle the flight from Delhi to Bagdora. Now they are changing flight time from 4 th time and the customers services women were not helpful at all. My original flight was 3:20, they changed to 4:45,7:20 and than they are changing it from 9 pm. I am traveling with my child and my parents and they are not providing us any hotel accommodation. Never book a flight with them. They are here just to earn a money, they don't think about their passanger at all.
I had a complicated flight Goa-Chennai, Chennai-Dubai, Dubai-Kutaisi. The employees at the airport told me that the first flight was delayed, and because of that I didn't get on all the other flights, and the employees couldn't offer me an alternative route. Because of this I could not fly anywhere, and my Indian visa expires, which threatens me with a fine and deportation. SpiceJet employees told me that they could refund my money only for the first flight in full, but even that did not comply and deducted a fine of 2930 rubles, writing that I did not show up at check-in, although I have an official letter from the employees. Technical support did not give a damn about my claims. Of the 34,117 p. I returned only 7,047 p. By holding back all the possible penalties and taxes. My plans are ruined, my money stolen, NEVER FLY THIS AIRline!

After this situation, I found 80% of the negative reviews on the Internet about this company. And many stories are similar to mine. A company that builds a business on deceiving its customers!

One of the worst airline ever.my mom and husband was travellingfrom Mumbai to gorakpur but there luggage was not loaded neither there was announcement nor call from done by airline and in luggage my mom medicine injections was there as she is a cancer patient and airlines was not at all taking any responsibility if any damages happen to medicine. They didn't send the luggage in the same day and bcoz of that they had stayed to hotel nor this airline arranged any facilities to them like no hotel booking no money was given to them for hotel staying and food. Such a worst answer irresponsible airlines I would never ever recommend this airline to anybody as my family had gone through so much. So guys if you want to waste time and money then U can travel through such $#*!ty airline.
Spice jet airlines team has opened my checkin luggage and stollen items and cash - be careful ppl, after i became a victim yesterday came to know from different sources there are several other cases like this and worse then this.
I recently had a highly disappointing experience with SpiceJet Airlines at Dubai International Airport. The level of service provided was not only pathetic but also a complete disregard for rules and customer dealing behavior. The incident occurred when my flight was delayed by a staggering 12 hours, and despite the established rules, the airline failed to provide the necessary accommodation.
To my utter surprise, while my fellow passengers were offered rooms and taxis, I was denied the same privileges. This discriminatory treatment left me baffled and questioning the integrity of the airline. It is disheartening to see a lack of consistency in providing appropriate services to customers who have paid for them.
Furthermore, the behavior exhibited by the staff was ignorant and unprofessional. Their inability to address the situation adequately only added to my frustration. I expected the airline to adhere to the rules and regulations that govern such situations, but it was apparent that this was not a priority for SpiceJet.
What adds insult to injury is the fact that despite charging a significant amount for the flight, the airline failed to deliver a satisfactory level of service. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and the refusal to provide proper accommodation amounts to nothing short of fraud.
In conclusion, my experience with SpiceJet Airlines at Dubai International Airport was marred by their pathetic service, failure to follow rules, lack of customer dealing behavior, and discriminatory treatment. I boarded my flight from Delhi to Jbp by spice jet SG3209 today. On reaching the Jbp airport I found one of my gold earring missing. I immediately contacted the ground staff and she took immediate action. I was lucky enough to get my earring back. I would like to thank the entire staff and a special word of appreciation for Vikas Mallick, the security staff who ransacked the place where I was seated and returning my earring. We still have honest people in this world and thanks for restoring this belief. Kudos to the whole staff of spice jet! Hope to see you all soon.

Not once but happened 3ce with us!
My child 14 years old traveled from Mumbai to Dubai alone. His baggage was damaged completely. He had no clue that he has to make a complaint of any sort so he just came out of the airport. Later we saw that the bag was damaged.
We immediately clicked pictures and sent them to their email and Instagram to which they nicely replied that only if there would've been a receipt of complain we could have taken any sort of action. HOW CONVINIENT!
We were not given our baggage in Mumbai last July and the whole staff at Mumbai airport was quiet like a mouse. This is their service? There they couldn't do anything and even if we would have received a receipt IAM 100% SURE NOTHING WOULD HAVE HAPPENED.
We can just write reviews against this pathetic airlines nothing else. When will this airline stop functioning from the face of the earth don't know.

My flight scheduled on 29th April 5:00 am from dubai to kochi and it's take off from dubai evening 4 pm, 11 houts delay and they will not care passangers. I will not reffer any one spicejet its worst airline.
One of the worst service i faced ever, don't waste your time money to travel with spicejet. Spicejet flight never on that time every day it's late between 40 min to 3 hours.
My suggestion to spicejet MD and co-founder Ajay Singh to convert your craft into auto or bus it's better than your flight.
