If there would have been a 0 rating I would have given that for sure. It is extremely disgraceful of this airlines to help in anyways.
Not once but happened 3ce with us!
My child 14 years old traveled from Mumbai to Dubai alone. His baggage was damaged completely. He had no clue that he has to make a complaint of any sort so he just came out of the airport. Later we saw that the bag was damaged.
We immediately clicked pictures and sent them to their email and Instagram to which they nicely replied that only if there would've been a receipt of complain we could have taken any sort of action. HOW CONVINIENT!
We were not given our baggage in Mumbai last July and the whole staff at Mumbai airport was quiet like a mouse. This is their service? There they couldn't do anything and even if we would have received a receipt IAM 100% SURE NOTHING WOULD HAVE HAPPENED.
We can just write reviews against this pathetic airlines nothing else. When will this airline stop functioning from the face of the earth don't know.
