This company (wishbrides.com) boasts that dresses are returnable, particularly if there is a flaw. This was written on my purchase and it is further defined in their return policy. A custom sized dress and a jacket I ordered were not to the measurements which I specified. When I contacted the company, and provided pictures as proof, they would only offer 10% refund for altering. They even stated that they make them big intentionally so they can be tailored to fit. Why in the world should I have to alter a custom made dress? 10% doesn't come close to the costs to fix my dress. Not to mention the additional (unexpected) time constraints to have it altered. The Jacket was 2 sizes to small and could not be altered. They refuse to refund my money. I hope I can help someone else avoid being conned by this fraudulent company.

Do not buy from wish brides. I bought a dress. The dress did come but it was made with two different colors of fabric. It looks horrible. I have contacted them several times, with pictures. Every time they tell me it's fine, that it's the same color when obviously it's not. I am still going round with them after 20 or more emails. Horrible, horrible company do not buy anything from them!

1st It took 30 days for delivery, 2nd I was going to refuse package but the carrier left it on my porch. I opened it since i received, finally!. They sent me the wrong size, the dress looked nothing like picture and they REFUSE to even send me a return address and refund. You would think I would be protected by my bank, WRONG! Once you receive the product. Your screwed basically. I wish I had seen these reviews before I had ordered. 160.00 mistake which btw I can't afford. :( so bummed. I found this company through Pinterest, there must be a way to have this company removed from what I thought was trust worthy app. :(( (

I wrote two months ago that my credit card company agreed to suspend the amount I paid for my dress while they investigated Wish Brides. Unfortunately, I received word from them 2 weeks ago that they decided to side with that company and I would have to pay the amount they requested. Wish Brides made a false statement to them saying they had not received any complaints to them until I finally said the dress was not well made. I refuted that, explaining I complained in 12 email messages over 8 days, as soon as I tried on the dress the day I received it. I do not expect the credit card to change their decision but I had to try! So frustrating!

Worst company ever! Dress was wrong color & wrong size. This company stole my money. My daughter is getting married and I lost money that I desperately needed. Someone do something about this PLEASE.

Pictures of dresses on website are way different from the real dresses, and you have no way of returning for refund. I have unused dresses that I ordered, they use gaudy crystals that make dresses look cheap and like costumes.

I am in a serious situation with wishbrides. They want me to put my 89 year old mother back into a dress that does not close around her body and send them pictures. It was hard enough to maneuver her the first time to try on this ill fitting dress. They refuse to refund the money with out pictures. This is exploitation of a senior citizen. I will not send them pictures of my half naked mother. They need to do the right thing and send this senior citizen back her money. The dress was cut four inches too small in the body and bust and shoulders were 4 inches too large. Someone needs to take responsibility for making a timely refund and give me an address where I might send the dress. They are so secretive

I ordered my dress in size 8 I'm pretty sure it had to be a size 4 they sent me. I have tried contacting customer service. They will not respond to me. It also does not look like the picture. Looks very cheap. Don't buy from this site!

Terrible service. My money stolen

PLEASE, PLEASE don't waste your money. This is the worst form of junk. Sttff heavy fabric like potato sacks. Was 2-3 inches too small could not be zippered, fabric had hanging pieces not just thread and the sleeves were ripped and uneven. Customer service response: "We made this to your specifications". This is going in the garbage and written off as a bad experience. Don't let them do this to you.
Here's the update: Visa removed the charge after repeated attempts to get these scammers to do anything. I believe anypositive review is fake because their entire process was nothing more than a stall, including wasting your time to send pictures with tape measure where they still offer you a partial discount. Bottom line: Save your money and especially your time, just stay away. NOTE: They operate several sites. Check reviews for any site before you buy. If you see repeated reviews for a site that are horrible, then please believe that the site is horrible. Period.

I made a mistake of ordering a mother of the bride dress from WishBrides - in China. One of the stupidist things I've done. It looks nothing like the dress in ad, stiff misshaped padding in bra area. No one would or could wear this dress. It cost me $25 to ship it - now they will not even respond to my complaint. They asked for pix which I sent, then said the color was ok - I did NOT even complain about color (which was horrible and not like pix either. If I had gone thru eBay I would have eBay protection, but it was an external ad. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE CHINESE DRESS PLACES. JUST GO TO VEGAS AND GAMBLE THE MONEY. Better chance of getting your money back.

I am really bummed. I ordered again from this company because the first dress we ordered was gorgeous and perfectly made according to custom measurements. So, I thought I'd try again for my other daughter, who is extremely petite. I provided perfect measurements (I'm a seamstress and know how to measure), but the bust was engineered with giant bra cups built in causing the bust to "poke out in an unseemly way", the shoulders of the bodice were way too large, and the dress was just too long. What a bummer since I paid to have it rushed. I quickly contacted the company in hopes that they will remedy the situation. So far... unsolved, but waiting to see if they can help.
