Zivity

I love Zivity. More than others sites there's a real nice community feel to the place and the quality of the photography is really very good. You can become a fan and a friend of models and photographers too and the site is lovely looking. Another thing I like is that the models are all shapes and sizes and some of the photos are taken outside in lovely places too.

I heard about this site ages ago and I too thought to myself, the world does not need another porn site. A friend of mine gave me a month free and I will say it is extremely addicting and quite artistic. It is an odd combination of facebook chips, strip clubs, and flickr all rolled into one sweet ride.

Good quality artistic (sexy) naked pictures (and I've got some beta invites) - Zivity is a collection of sexy naked and half-naked pictures of attractive women. The picture quality is good, but they are still in beta so there is not a ton of content. The site is trying to mesh web 2.0 style and features with soft-core porn - not sure if that really works (why do I want to be "friends" with these people?) and the site is a little hard to navigate. But it is worth checking out for the pics. I've got some beta invites if people need them - just PM me.

This is a ridiculous idea for a website as a professional photographer who pays his models for their services, I own all the rights to the photo as well as any money made from that photo. So somebody tell me why this website deems it acceptable for the model to make more from MY copy written material than I do?

Stupid $#*!ing site and photographers who are giving their models' more of a cut than they are better be getting paid by the model up front for the right to use it on Zivity.

Too bad I can't do less than one star. Zivity sux balls big time! Here are a few reasons why. Contests? What a joke, follow the rules (every one of these tedious rules) nope no win. Most votes no win, pay money who cares, no win. Beg beg beg for votes WTF!? Why don't I get paid for ppl looking at my sets? Like Diverxity? On Diverxity I get paid for ppl even looking at my sets... Zivity, F$%K U I have been on your site for 4 years and in reality we have been dating long enough for you to kiss me before you totally F%^K me! WTF! I am done, but I am hurt, so I won't stop telling the world how mean, tedious, and totally screwed you are, to the photographers, to the models, to the fans. Zivity you are a scam a scam a scam! The worst kind of scam, the kind that says you are different and then find out you are really no different, no different at all, I gave you years, you gave me a heartache, and F%^KED me everytime. F&*K you Zivity, you are the worst. I get that you will block this, ignore this, ban this (your fav is to ban) if you are a fan thinking about putting any money into this site RUN LIKE YOU ARE ON FIRE! Go somewhere else, and try to help models in other ways this is not the site for you! Zivity might have started out with the best intentions, but it has morphed into something very different... RUN FOOL AND TAKE YOUR $$$$ SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This site seems like a web 2.0 porno site - correct me if I am wrong, but Zivity seems like a way for a company to charge for viewing naked photos of women and then be able to email them and their sleazy photographer. Wait... this sounds like a good idea... I have a camera... think I will apply to be a photographer...

I love Zivity, and they pay the artists based on popularity which is much more effective then other adult photo websites.

Is it easy to hire nude models to pose? - I have always wanted to take artistic nudes and this site seems like an easy way to do that while making money

I thought the age of Playboy was coming to an end, but it seems there's life in the old dog-eared girly magazine idea, yet. Why? Beats me. Something to titillate Silicon Valley investors, who don't usually get the opportunity to browse the top shelves, so to speak, in public. It must do something for them, they've already sunk millions into the venture; perhaps they're aroused by thoughts of all the subscriptions that are expected to pour in once this comes out of beta.

However you polish up and present the concept in a favorable light, it's still making money from women stripping off for the camera. Didn't we ever get past that one being a cool idea? Haven't we all - everyone from about 14 years old upwards - seen all that and a good deal more on the web already? And being able to rub... er... shoulders with the models themselves, isn't that moving into the seedy side of the flesh business? No? Maybe it's just me. I just don't see the point.
