This is the first time that I used Carflexi to rent a car and I felt really disappointed!
After I received the confirmation for my order I went to pick up my car, but the Car rental provider refused to give me the car and told me there is no free car at this time and (Carflexi) is offering cars without checking the availability!
This incident ruined my plan, So I request a full refund for my payment.
I have the Receipt and Voucher documents.

As soon as we receive a reservation is sent to the car rental companies and they should confirm the booking depending on their availability.
Please kindly advise your voucher number in order to check this furher.
